Cava has become one of my favorite restaurants! Pick up at this location is typically quick, great service and nice staff.

This was my first time at CAVA and I really enjoyed the food. They were short ingredients but that was due to being short staff... and they check-in with us and made it right towards the end. Will definitely give them another chance due to how friendly theywere. Read more

This was our first visit.. Great quick Mediterranean lunch. I had the Greek salad bowl and my wife has a build-it-yourself bowl.... Both were delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant is clean and bright with lots of seating inside and out. The onlydrawback to the outdoor seating is the proximity to a freeway. The service was quick and friendly. This is definitely going tobe one of our go-to lunch spots! Read more

Avoid this location at ALL cost!!! Total **** show at this location This is my 3rd time ordering?tried to give them 1 last... chance after avoiding them for months. My grain bowl came with cold hard brown rice and cold chicken. Instead of putting mysauces on the side for my To Go pickup order like with previous orders, they drowned my bowl so it looks like I ordered a bowlof soup. To make matters worse I?m missing avocado that?s an extra $3. I promise it?s worth your time and gas to go anywhereelse other than the Frisco Cava. Read more

This tiny side of hummus cost me $2.95!! It was more expensive than a side of pita chips which was $2.10. Pretty upset with... this, I won?t be back here and I don?t recommend this place and the many negative reviews paint a picture. A side of hummusshould come with the chips or at the very least cost $1 or less. This is a total rip off! My ?dinner? which was basically sidescost more than my friend who actually ordered an entree. We ordered a lemon chicken and a falafel bowl. The taste was good and falafel was crispy but the quantity was very less.

So delicious! If you are looking for a healthy, delicious and fast place to eat, try CAVA. The staff is very helpful if you have... questions about all the grain, veggie, protein and sauce options. I tried the mixed rice and veggie base with chicken and lotsof veggies on top. It was so flavorful and satisfying! I ate half for lunch and saved the rest for later. It is well worth theprice for freshness, flavor, and overall satisfaction. Read more

Cava's food? 5/5 when what I order ends up in the bowl in a reasonable amount of time. This location's service, accuracy, and... overall experience? 0/5 if I could. I've run out of second chances having patronized this location double digit occurrencessince it opened. Let me share with you just two of my visits in the hopes that someone who cares enough to correct the mistakesis listening over there. I won't be back, but hopefully this will improve the service for any brave souls who enter. About my3rd or 4th time to this location after dining in I decide to take the leap and put in a carryout order before leaving the house.I'm about 6 miles, 15 minutes away which is more than enough time to expedite an order, or so I thought. I arrive to find thepickup shelf bare and there's two couples in line just starting to order. Keenly aware that something is already amiss Iposition myself close enough to understand what is being ordered and served before the order I've placed 15 minutes ago. Two ofthe four patrons order falafel on their bowls. Further aware of past visits where this location mysteriously "runs out" offalafel I prepare myself for the phantom falafel-less failure I'm about to experience. After the four patrons check out Ienquire about my order, "Oh, we're out of falafel, it'll be 15 minutes." I'm sorry, what the actual falafel?! How can you: 1.Not start making an order from 15 minutes ago prior to patrons who are in line 15 minutes later. 2. Not anticipate low stocklevels of protein and start the lengthly process to replenish that stock and keep your business moving (not the first time) 3.Serve the protein to patrons who were ordering 15 minutes later No apology, no acknowledgement of the mistake, just, "it'll be15 minutes." My most recent visit was again a carryout order. Fool me once... and all that. Anyways, I arrive and my order ismiraculously on the shelf. Amazing! Wonderful! They've turned it around! Aaaaaand then I get home. I ordered tw Read more
