The manager (Christian) at this location messed up my order through the drive thru. So I was forced to go inside to have it... fixed. Keep in mind I had my one year old and my dog in the car so this was no easy task. He was rude and unprofessional. By farthe worst Chick-fil-A experience I?ve had. Great as always at any Chick-fil-A. Second visit to this location (1st time 2020) in Collin County as we have eaten at the other... places. Came here to get the seasonal chicken tortilla soup along with grilled chicken sandwich etc. Food was served very quickbefore we even sat down. That's fast. Most customers use the drive-thru for Sat lunch hour. Somewhat different layout that otherlocations, see photos. Plenty of parking so beware of the don't park here signs just off the property on east and southdirections. See sign.2020: Another great setup. A new location completed this year. We usually eat at one closer to home butdrove here for the adventure of getting out of the house during Covid-19 virus crises. Very short time to take our drive-thruorder as they had 3 people out on drive taking orders. It was ready very fast. Order was correct so we were well fed. Read more
