Hubby and I were out on Sunday and was wondering what we should eat for dinner. We decided on chili's it's 0.4 from our home .... Normally we order for curbside pick up which we love it's convenient. This time we went in and sat it was super empty assumingpeople were away for the long weekend. Staff was friendly our server she was great, she was very attentive asking if we were okdid we need anything. Didn't get her name and I Normally do. She was superb. We decided on the Cajun shrimp Alfredo and a sideof steamed broccoli. We have not eaten pasta in a while so we decided on that. We rated 5 stars it was really good. What I lovedmost was that the pasta wasn't drenched in Alfredo sauce. I like to taste my sauces not eat as if I am eating soup. It wasperfect. Our drinks well we love margaritas, I had the Blackberry Margarita, Hubby had the El Nino they both was great ????hubby had 2 lol . Our meal and drinks were fantastic it was a quiet evening together. I have lunch meal with my grandson. I had a hamburger which was pretty good, nothing special. His kids meal was pretty basic but... he enjoyed it. Best part for him was some kind of blue drink I think it was Sprite with blue syrup. The wait staff was friendlyand attentive. It has a big bar which I assume during happy hour would be kind of fun. Chilis for a quick family dinner for 4. We stopped in for a quick bite after calling ahead to learn there was no wait for a... table at 6pm on a Friday evening. (win) We arrived and were seated promptly, our server was nice but forgetful. People arehuman and with that I get it overall, just hard for a 5 year old to comprehend why she still doesn?t have what she askedfor. Considering the restaurant was not very busy, seemed to be a bit disorganized as we were offered several other tablesdrink orders. Food was pretty good, not as flavorful as previous visits. (Different cooks in the kitchen maybe). I doappreciate the chili?s rewards program and savings offered weekly and try to use when we are in the area. Will definitely comeback for the freebies. Definitely going down hill! Service in the past was usually efficient but not the same anymore. Came on a Sunday and even though... there were tons of empty tables (pic evidence), costumers had to wait 15mins to be seated because they only had 3 servers forthe whole restaurant. Queso arrived barely warm and kids meal only took about 30mins! Won?t be back here in a hurry. Read more

Long time ago I was a waiter for Red Lobster, Denny?s, and Red Robin & I have to admit to super highly recommending this... location. Everything was super clean, food was super fresh & hot, restrooms are immaculate, hostess was kind & professional. Ourwaiter was very attentive, fast, & did an outstanding job.
