Picked up a online order. The girl who managed the finished product, bagging and sorting through names and helping customers was... extremely helpful. I watch how busy they were, long line out the door, full house, she was putting orders together and had 1-2orders knocked out every 1min or so, while talking to customers that wanted to blame her for there miserable life..she?s a superstar, kept her cool and a smile.. thank you! I never write reviews, but just horrifying. Never had this problem until now but damn, food is the saltiest I ever tasted in my... life. Just drove back home to dig into the bowl, I thought I was tasting the sea water from Galveston. Tried to revive it byputting extra rice, but still nothing can be done. Phone number straight goes to machine call. I understand that you haveturnovers on your employees but at least train them right so they can at least prepare right. I've been visiting this location for more than 3-5 months and this is the nearest chipotle to me. Never faced this situation at... any other location. Everytime I order food online or drive down to dine in, there is always something missing (most of the times- its fajitas or guacamole). I have to pay full price for the bowl but always have something missing in it.. ???????? totallydisappointing ????.. Above all, when I ask them about the missing items, they always say they r short staffed or the people whocut veggies are out or they are out of stock. Do not go to this location or maybe it?s all Chipotle?they got too big and service and quality is POS! We had a terrible... experience last time and didn?t go to Chipotle for several months? Well, today, my wife was craving Chipotle so, we gave it aanother shot. Well, that was a terrible mistake. 1) They seem to always run out of stuff and you have to wait few to severalminutes for the meat and/or the sides. Today, they ran out of veggies. 2. I?ve always had issues with their chicken. Chicken isalways dry and they over cook and burn the edges. Well, they should throw those away but always mix it in with the rest. This location is much better than the one off 380 and Lake Forest. I've found some locations are good at some times and other... times they're bad. It's hit or miss, same with most anywhere these days. Anyway, I re-tried this location and it was muchbetter, but they need to trim their chicken properly. This chipotle has the WORST staff/management I?ve ever encountered. I?ve had terrible experiences in the past with incorrect... orders here but tonight I finally had enough. They are supposed to close at 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:05pm and all of the doorswere locked. The staff inside all just looked at me and ignored me. I went back to the car and waited in front of the locationand watched them hang a sign in the front door stating they closed at 9:00pm tonight instead of 10:00pm. (see photo of signattached) The ONLY reason a store should ever close early in my opinion is if there is a plumbing OR electric issue and it isimpossible to operate. This was not the case. Electricity was absolutely working just fine. These kids simply chose to closeearly, I can only assume because they don?t have a manager. OR, If they do have a manager; the manager is absolutely terrible atmanaging their staff and holding them accountable & must not expect their staff to remain open during normal business hours. Theworst part? I have been in the parking lot watching? it?s now 9:30pm and I?ve watched OVER FIFTEEN CUSTOMERS try to enter thisChipotle to get food. Once they realize they aren?t open, they are clearly very agitated and confused. It PAINS me to watch howmuch business this location TURNED AWAY in this hour they closed early. And not just tonight, but they?ve lost future businessas well. I will never return. WORST location in the country. Poor management, TERRIBLE staff. Generally, we don?t have any issues. Keep in mind this is the closest location to me; at this location we have had MANY issues.... I?ve worked in the restaurant industry as management so I get it! BUT- there?s gotta be some sort of rectification. From ricebeing under/over cooked to the chips being VERY stale and the restaurant being a total pigsty? it hasn?t been great. We?vebought from this location 3 times now and each time there?s been an issue. THIS time I decided to order online so my husbandcould just run in and grab it. We ordered at 5:40 with a ?ready? time of 6pm. We arrived at 6:10 and my husband goes in. (Staytuned) Honestly it looks like this location is short staffed and if that?s the case management needs to get it together and HELPpick up the slack. Right now there is a line to the door, a dozen people outside waiting, and a very angry woman yelling aboutthe wait???? Something definitely needs to be done at this location because the inaccuracy of the food combined with the waittimes is INSANE. This is our fourth time at this location. Unfortunately every time has been an intense wait and something?swrong with the food(mentioned above). It?s now 6:30 and we just now got our food. Chips are stale?
