I have never shared reviews and this is my first. Sad, that I have to start off with a bad review. Definitely agree with other... reviews here. Some of the staff here is highly ignorant and care the least about customer service. I went to get a Burrito bowl(with veggies and no meat) and they were out of guac, lettuce, sour cream and corn...This Guy (by name "Jane") didn't even careto tell me that they are out of these items and just packs the bowl without these items and hands it over to the cashier for meto pay for it. He then mentions that they are out of the above items. When I told him that I don't need this order andrequested him to cancel as they were running out of these basic items. He just rolls his eyes and sighs and asks me to leave thepremises when asked about his behavior. Its just ridiculous and terrible customer service. Will never ever step into thislocation even though its just a couple of mins away for me. Chipotle, I hope you are better than this. Do something about it. Read more

i rarely ever write bad reviews but this location has pushed me to the edge, the staff are the most hostile people i?ve... encountered in chipotle. They look so miserable working there they do not seem like they want to be there at all. The portionsthey give out are so little it?s ridiculous!!! They seriously need to do something about this because i see that i?m not theonly person complaining of this. At this point i won?t eat at any other chipotle location, the food is well seasoned, my orders are always on time, and the... portions are never shorted even with online ordering. Anytime i want chipotle now i gotta drive 35 minutes to this locationbecause it makes the food from the Denton locations look like dog food! They must be treating their employees well or somethingbecause i have a consistently awesome experience when eating here 10/10 Read more

We have been visiting this store for the past 10 years and never had such a terrible and insulting experience. On 07/12/2022... around 07-12pm I went there with my daughter and we ordered a chipotle bowl and 2 tortillas and the bill was $17.92. I trustChipotle, I went ahead and paid for it but then felt it was too high for what I ordered. When I checked the charges, the womanat the cash counter had charged me for a bowl, 2 tortillas, 2 guacamole and 1 soda. The 2 guacamole and 1 soda... that I neverordered. After asking the cashier, Zoey, to my disbelief, started arguing and blaming that I bought everything that I wasincorrectly charged for. I showed my Chipotle food bag that she herself had packed. This was a little too much. The woman packsmy order and gives me, charges me more for items that I never ordered or received and to top it she asked me to show the samebag. I am a business woman myself and can understand that mistakes happen but Zoey the cashier was too rude, she treated us asif we were buying food for free. I have to agree with the other reviews I read. The staff is most definitely not welcoming nor friendly. Please don?t except to... be greeted at all. My daughter and I decided to have a after school mother daughter date and she picked chipotle because it?sclose by. I?m sure the cashier Talia was having a bad day. Rude as all can be. We all have our days but we also have to learn toas we work with customers and or clients they should not be able to tell that you?re having a bad day. I think entire staffneeds to do through more training or maybe it?s the company moral. Whatever it may be I hope they get it together. We know whenpeople are happy at work it shows. Not so good customer service is common for this location which is the reason we stoppedeating chipotle unless we go to the one in the colony. I love Chipotle, and I visit this location frequently because it?s closest to where I live/work. The staff here isn?t very... friendly and they rarely smile or welcome me. I most always order the Veggie Salad, and they are always very tight oningredients they give. When I ask for extra veggies, the woman behind the counter always sighs and doesn?t give much more. Thestore also doesn?t feel or look clean. There are always empty dirty tables with leftover food, napkins, straw wrappers, anddrinks every time I visit. On this visit, the tray the cashier put my food on was dirty. It had dried salsa and crumbs on it. Ihad to get a new tray. Other than that, the food had always tasted good as expected. I ordered online via the Chipotle app. I ordered two custom burrito bowls. I was 3:20pm when I ordered and I selected a 4:00pm... pickup time. I arrived around 3:45pm and my order was already ready to go. I did not interact with any employees. The restaurantwas not busy and had maybe 5 people inside. Food was exactly what I ordered. The food is tasty. I would eat here again. Read more
