Very disappointed with the down turn Chipotle has taken with the quality of food. Nothing is hot, steak was cold and the store... wasn?t the cleanest. Trash!! ????I?m done with Chipotle every time I go the food is a complete let down. I came in and sampled the new steak in line ... and it was ICE COLD . All the food just sitting cold! What is the problem!! The chips are disgusting now too I don?t know whatchanged in the recipe but they l always taste stale and have a yucky aftertaste so I couldn?t even enjoy my guacamole. We paid$30 for two bowls and guac, yet nothing is fresh and flavorful anymore I will never spend another dime here. Read more

This Chipotle location is very frustrating and it has left me dissatisfied many times. I have been ordering online from this... location for nearly 2 years and the quality of service has been gradually worsening. Particularly over the last couple times myorder has been either wrong, insufficient, or both on occasion. The location is near my home which makes it an ideal spot toorder from, and although I love Chipotle, it has let me down on numerous occasions. Read more

I've given this location several chances but each time I go I feel as if I am a burden to the employees. They are very... unfriendly and seem very bothered with your order. The root of this issue is management. The manager obviously does not managehis/her employees and allows this type of behavior, show your employees some direction and discipline so they will enjoy theirjobs and stop taking it out on the paying customer! ???? Ordered online at least 12 times as this location is very close to my office. The last two orders were bad. The 1st literally... did not have meat on it. I ordered with chicken and no chicken in the bowl when I opened. Today, I ordered the same bowl withchicken and was happy to see there was chicken however, there was about 6 pieces of half-inch chicken pieces. That's dumb. Read more

I placed an online order at 7pm for pickup at 7:45. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready. I saw many others waiting for their... online order, which also wasn't ready. At around 8pm, I started to get suspicious as no one waiting had gotten an order. I askedthe cashier if she had received it... she checked her system and found that none of our orders had gone through. She then askedus to go wait in the back of a line that stretches around the entire room and place our order. The whole point of ordering 45minutes ahead of time was to NOT wait in line. There were others who had even been waiting longer than me, and those same peopleended up in line. When we got to the front to start ordering, it was pure chaos. The food station was in complete disarray, theman making the bowls was barely putting a serving of anything in them. Every food was cross-contaminated with another food,including some cups lying in the salsa. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a food place. This was only my second timecoming to this location, but this is far and away the worst experience I've ever had at any Chipotle in my life. Read more
