I wish I could give zero stars. My food arrived cold, the guacamole was so dark it was clear it had been sitting out. It was... like basically pig slop, If that isn?t bad enough I was also missing food for my family. As if I want to drive back to get foodthey left out. This location is trash, I usually order from the location near the Star and have no issues. The multiple onestar reviews should say it all, I would never order from here again. And when I called, the lady was absolutely useless.Chipotle has gone downhill badly. There are much better places to spend your money. Someone at Chipotle should take notice. Just waited for a FULL HOUR with my kid to get my order that was apparently "ready all this time". I was actually supposed to... ask people for my order. Their statement "Just come and pick up your order" really means "Come in and ask me so I give you yourorder". Food was an hour old and cold. They accepted to remake it, at least, so that's where the second star comes from. Forthis treatment this better be the best damn amazing food I've ever had in my life. Will update. Read more
This place deserves better in the ratings. We were there Sat lunch hr and the line to get food was extensive and continued... during our time. See photo. Based on the number of customers today a lot of people like the food and service. We both got a newmenu item and only ate 1/2 so plenty for leftovers. Most customers opted for take-out meals so the smaller inside eating area isOK. Read more

Order missed its promise time by a decent amount. They have abandoned the alphabet system and now we have this super clunky... process of letting a person know, repeatedly that you are there. This loss prevention mechanism has gotta be worse than thecustomer service hit it causes. Read more
Very disappointed a I ask for half chicken and half garlic guajillo steak and I literally got like 3 tiny pieces of each that... look like popcorn. I felt discriminated???? rest of it was very little rice pico and lettuce. Read more
