Order was messed up and supervisor was very arrogant? he doesn?t know how to run business. I have to drive all the way to fix my... order? no apologies.. sorry nothing?I don?t recommend.. spoiling reputation of hooters.. hope he will fix manager walde? We ordered Doordash pickup wings and waffle fries.. The wings were fine but we paid $7 for waffle fries and when we got home and... opened the fries box we were only given 8 fries. That's about $1 per waffle fry. I called the store manager Joe and he assuredme that they would refund my fries. It has been about a week and still no refund. Pretty disappointed in this business. I know it seems odd but I really like the crab legs at hooters. I add some 3 mile shrimp and fries and it is great!! It ends up... being a bit pricy but very satisfying. Get you some extra seasoning they use on the crab legs and put it in your butter. Youwon't regret that. Read more
New to the Frisco area and just driving around, I spotted Hooters. Hadn?t been in ages. Of course the menu had changed and my... favorite platter was no longer offered, but I ordered the steamed shrimp and mac n cheese. My friend ordered the Mac n CheeseBurger. Food didn?t take long and the burger looked DELICIOUS, but was very rare. My steamed shrimp wasn?t bad, but theseasoning was on the outer shell moreso in one area. I recognize that sometimes if not clarified, the cook may prep beef the waythey may enjoy or what?s pleasing to them. Not a problem. I sent the burger back and they corrected it. We did munch on theshrimp while we waited or it would have been cold waiting on the corrected burger. All the while, the young lady who waited onus was gracious and sweet. I?ll definitely go back for THAT reason alone. One suggestion: once the shrimp comes out maybe shakeit in a seasoning bag (?) We enjoyed it. That burger came back PERFECT! Read more
Ordered 2 Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches from Hooters Frisco (Via Uber Eats) and just look at the pictures of the food that was... delivered. The Chicken for both the sandwiches were not completely cooked and was somewhat raw, and in one of the sandwiches,the buns was missing. In the other box, the fries were raw and not cooked! We ordered coleslaw, and got a condiment sizedcontainer of coleslaw, which costed $2.49. We called the restaurant Manager to advise him of the poor quality of food, andinstead of apologizing for the substandard/inferior food they prepared, he began to explain that he could not issue a refundsince it was ordered via Uber Eats, and by the way, we did not ask for a refund. The two sandwiches and coleslaw costed over$30, and absolutely nothing about those sandwiches were worth that much money. The food was not cooked properly, not presentedproperly, and was absolutely tasteless. The customer service from this establishment was absolutely unacceptable, as theManager did not show any concern, nor did he care that a customer was dissatisfied. So much for wanting to spend a lovelyevening enjoying Hooters ?so called? popular buffalo sandwich! We will be sure to advise our friends and family to avoid thatproperty at all cost, even if they offer free food. Hooters Management! Stand behind your food and customer service. Drinks ???? are good but the oil they use for frying is very old and you can taste the burned oil in all the fryer stuff you... order we complied about it so the manager changed the items but the problem was with the oil not the food. Just want you guys tomake sure the frying oil is changed regularly because it?s a serious problem. Staff is really good and service is also verygood. Read more
Who doesn?t love Hooters! It?s basketball season and this location is a great place to stop in to watch the game! They did... appear to be short staffed because I only saw 2 waitress however you wouldn?t know it because Britt and the other young lady wasvery responsive always checked on us to make sure we were good. Very very sweet and welcoming and even though it was only 2 ofthem they moved like it was 10 of them. These ladies are amazing. Don?t forget to be kind & be sure to tip them as they workvery hard and also provide great customer service! Also Hooters has some of the best crab legs and butter! If you have triedthem I encourage you to get them! We didn?t leave any behind LOL!!! Read more
