It's NOT Just Wings. It's Chili's disguised as a ghost kitchen. The wings were horrible. The steam from the box made the wings... soggy and the fries in the box were like wet sponges. They put the ranch dressing in the middle of the hot wings and the friesso when we got home the ranch dressing was hot and not appealing. The extra sauces I ordered were not in the bag. The curbsideservice was confusing as it states to "wait here and someone will be with you shortly" No one came out of the restaurant, so weeventually went in. Rethink your packaging and be honest with your guest as in " Just Wings by Chili's" We will rethink beforewe order from here again. Read more
2nd time ordering. Very underwhelmed. Dry and overcooked wings. Would not recommend
Happy to take my money and cancel my order an hour later. Called the restaurant (Chilis) and their response was, "sorry we're... not doing that right now, you'll get a refund". Sad. Read more
Bad food. Cold wings and soggy fries saturated in oil.
I just waited 30 minutes for cold wings. I called 4 times and was told the were ready when I arrived. Unacceptable. I will not... be a returning customer. Read more
The fries were stale, the Apple BBQ wings had an awful after taste, the Coke was flat. The only good thing was the fried Oreos... but even those weren?t the best. Read more
Ordered 4 hours in advance and they cancelled 5 minutes before scheduled delivery! Poor planning on your part! No explanation,... just can't fulfill the order. One and done! Read more
Did not realize this was Chili's when I ordered online..Ok no problem, but the wings were so dry they practically disintegrated... in my mouth...Fries were cold and I picked up the order on time....That's what I get for bailing on Wingstop.. Read more
