Update: In response to Jinbeh management - No, the 2 meals did NOT include a drink, nor fried rice (extra charge). My NY strip... steak was gristly and flavorless. The meal included broth "soup" and a lettuce leaf salad, but I wouldn't recommend either ofthese. Regarding portions, the quantity of meat and veggies for a price near $30 was not acceptable. Don't believe me? Read someof the other reviews. There are too many good Japanese restaurants in DFW to waste your time and money here. These problemscould easily be solved, but the Management would rather be combative, than productive and profitable. ------ Horribleexperience. We were charged an extra $10 for 2 portions of rice. What hibachi doesn't come with rice? 1 zucchini, 1 smallonion, and a pile of bean sprouts were split among 5 adults. 1 NY strip steak was cut into 3 servings for 3 adults. Ordered minemedium and was given well done. No hibachi show at all, just a straight forward cook and serve. The vegetable tempura was goodand a fair price, also ordered 1 California roll for $8.50, which was fresh, but the smallest roll I've gotten anywhere. It wasthe width of my thumb. We walked out with a $100 Bill for our LUNCH not even dinner. I understand prices for everything aregoing up, but this was ridiculous. We left hungry. To make things worse, this was an anniversary lunch, I left verydisappointed. My wife spoke with the management, but she was very rude, unapologetic, and dismissive. I absolutely love this hibachi restaurant. The fried rice is top notch, steak and lobster are tender and cooked to your liking,... and the soup and salads have great flavor. The staff is super friendly and make sure you are taken care of! I go here an averageof once a month and I have never had a bad meal from here. I definitely would recommend. Read more
Great Restaurant. The cooking of your main meal is part of the restaurants experience. Food cooked to your preference. I got... my steak well done (just the way I like it) but my son got his rare. Glasses kept full. Recommend asking questions if a firsttimer. They gladly replaced sauces for us! Good place to Celebrate an adult Birthday. Read more

Best hibachi! The fried rice and teriyaki chicken had so much flavor, the shrimp was cooked to perfection. The California roll... was very fresh and flavorful. Yellowtail Sashimi was sliced a bit too thick for me; however, the quality was amazing and thepresentation was beautiful. The staff was respectful and attentive, my glass was always full. 10/10 Read more
