I have never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life, I?m a regular customer and I love y?all?s food, I always buy breakfast for... my coworkers, sometimes twice a week. But today customer service was terrible. While I was waiting on line for my turn the guythat was supposed to take my order didn?t even bother to try to talk to me, as soon as he saw me he assumed that I didn?t knewEnglish,( Or maybe I didn?t look American enough to him) so he went to back to get someone that was able to speak Spanish. Istood there trying to comprehend what was happening!!!. After that this nice young girl named Samantha greeted me startedtalking to me in Spanish while she was taking my order. I did told Her that I speak and understand English and I didn?t needed atranslator which made an uncomfortable moment for me and her. I honestly felt discriminated, and embarrassed. I will never shopin a business that stereotypes their customers!!!!. Read more

This was a first time experience, and have since tried them at Buccee's for comparison. You could tell the kolaches were made... there that morning, and some had run out or were running low, so get there early. The sausage and cheese was really good, andwe tried others like gravy and sausage, or egg and cheese. The sweet pastries were delicious too. Perfectly priced so youdon't spend a ton but can buy several to make a good breakfast to eat there or to go. Edit: I wish I could come back, but welive out of state! Read more

Absolutely never going back. Walked in. Made order. Handed card to girl working counter and advised her to be careful with my... card, as it has a small crack below the strip (noticed they had to swipe). The girl aggressively tried to swipe it, twisted mycard in process and my card now had a crack about a half inch long now and the stripe is completely useless. I tell her she nowhas to type in my number. She tells me they don't have that capability. Did the point of sale technology go backwards and I'mnot aware of it? We love the food here but she didn't seem to care about my concern and then seemed to just not want to help. I'm done. There's a ton of other options and this is no longer one of them Read more

We ordered online through Google for delivery. The delivery came 45 minutes late. The order was incomplete and cold. We called... to get a refund on the missing items, and were told we would receive one, but it hasn't happened yet. That was a month ago. Inshort, service was terrible, food wasn't very good, and they have unethical business practices. Read more

We are normally big fans of KF and have been patronizing a couple of locations in the D/FW area for years, and have always been... happy customers. However we had occasion to place an on-line order from the Frisco location today, which was our first timevisiting that location. The order was for 12 savory kolaches (a variety of different ones), which was ready when we arrived topick them up at the specified time. However, when we took them to our destination and opened the box we found that even thoughthe receipt listed the correct order of 12 kolaches, the box contained only 10 of them, which matched the 10 identifyingabbreviations that were written on the inside of the lid. Also, most of them were supposed to contain cheese, and while theymight have contained some tiny amount it was not enough to be detectable in any of them. The one in the 3rd photo is the PhillyCheesesteak. Plenty of meat, but no visible cheese. This was the case for all of them. We will almost certainly continue tobe customers because we've never had an unsatisfactory experience at any of the other locations we've visited. But this one wasvery disappointing, especially given that the store was not busy at all (we were the only ones there at the time). Read more
