Sadly is not what Marble Slab standards used to be, showed up Saturday at 8:20pm , place was empty, employee seated on customer... chair and had no idea that butter pecan ice cream needs to be mixed on the ?Slab? with ?. Pecans! or he didn?t wanted to work itout, he told us we can?t dine in because he was to close the store at 8:30pm, but the door sign and Google shows closing timeis 9:30pm. Two tasteless cones doesn?t worth $16.32. Tasting is not what used to be, of course I?m not coming back, many better options in Frisco. Read more

The worst experience ever! Walked in w/my son. At 9:05pm. Took 15 minutes for someone to come from the back. The bell didn't... work. A d when they arrived. My son ordered a sprinkle chocolate covered bowl and vanilla ice cream with toppings. We were toldthey were out of toppings. Their policy is to put the toppings away 30 minutes before closing. WHAT?! Then they said they wereout of vanilla. So we asked for birthday cake instead. We were told they were out of that too. So, my son chose something hedidn't want with not toppings. And to top it off. It was my birthday. I hate when ppl start closing early for their convenienceand subject the customer to a limited u satisfactory experience. You aren't loved until you are closed. Read more
The place is dirty and you know it. I have read all the reviews . Why are you even in business if you cannot keep your place... clean. I paid $14.00 for 2 large ice cream cups. I will not be back ever . You have signs for ice cream you do not even carry .It is a mess. One of the tables was dirty . Get your act together . It's ice cream. Hard to get it wrong. But I think where people go awry is when they try to mix everything they THINK will taste... good together. Just because you like 2 flavors, doesn't necessarily mean they will mix well together. And then add in the myriadof toppings. This is where I feel the store could do better in terms of recommendations and some default combinations. Theaverage person won't know the best tasting combos and will likely walk out thinking "meh... It was good but didn't blow mymind." Other than that, the store could be brightened up a touch to be a more attractive ice cream parlor. Service wassatisfactory and limited seating is available. Read more
I'd say it's pretty good. I got a simple cone with a mix of cotton candy and bubble gum, but the cone is a bit stale. They... definitely fill the cone let's just point that out. It was creamy and mixed together, my friend found a random marshmallow inhers and freaked out from excitement, so you might get a little more for your money ????.
