Maybe we went after a rush or they were having a bad day but our meal was very disappointing. Place was clean, service was fast... but food was lukewarm. The barbacoa tacos had several hard pieces and they were salty and the carna asada burrito was, well arice and bean burrito with very few pieces of meat. Salsa was very watered down. Nothing tasted "authentic" in my opinion. Andplease put the menu on top of the counter, it will be easier to read. Read more
Tried their chicken burrito and it brought back memories from California. It was very flavorful and good serving size. My wife... tried the chicken enchiladas and they were delicious also. We definitely recommend this place and will go back again. Read more
I have a thing for tacos and I found this shop happenstance while driving in downtown Frisco, TX. The spot was inviting and... the staff was attentive. They have indoor and outdoor seating. As a Mexican, I give this place 5 stars. I ordered a Burrito Supreme and i substituted beef with shredded chicken, it was super... tasty. My wife ordered tacos de pastor and she recommends it, super flavourful and juicy. She cleaned her plate! The burrito islarge so heads up! Also, I always judge a Mexican restaurant on whether they heat the tortilla up or not to make sure it'sauthentic, and they did! Silly thing I do but Mexican people would understand. Good experience and good food. I got a torta de carne asada. The meat was a little on the chewy side, but the dish itself had... good flavor and the portion was more than generous. The loaded carne asada fries were good too. The young woman behind theregister was more than happy to answer our questions. The pictures taken are the updated prices on the menu. They sell a varietyof drinks and Mexican snacks. Their taste in music is also good, I enjoyed the environment. Our only bad experience was with agroup of customers outside. I don?t know what it is about Frisco residents, but they?re some of the most rude and vile customersI have ever met. Everywhere you go in Frisco, you will find rude people that think they?re entitled to things. Anyway, the younglady behind the register did such an amazing job dealing with customers. California burrito pictured, was good. Taste was on point for a true California burrito. Tortilla wasn't anything amazing. Main... disappointment was the service. Gentleman who takes the orders looked like he hates working there and was not interested in morewords than required. The rolled tacos were just that, I don't know why people order those. So happy I stopped here, it has been on my list of places to go when in the area. I only got the pastor tacos, but they truly... were delicious. The meat was tender & I will definitely be back.
