I picked this place because Google said it was similar to J. Alexander's, which is a restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas that I... enjoy. While I disagree with that comparison since J. Alexander's is a more upscale American restaurant with great food options,I found Mash'D to be great! Mash'D is effectively an American bar and grill with some unique food options. See the menu in mypicture. Out of the options, I chose a cheeseburger because it sounded good and I'm more conservative with food combinations. Itwas delicious! The waitress in one of my photos, Lauryn, is such a great employee. She was all over the place tonight, handlinghostess duties, waitress duties, and cleaning duties, and has such a great personality and friendliness! I'd definitelyrecommend Mash'D! My family and I went to Mash'D for lunch and it was an absolutely amazing place to eat! I give it a 10 of 10 for every single... aspect of this meal, and this is coming from people who know and love great food! The food and drinks were great and reasonablypriced. Our waitress Autumn was amazing and had great attention to detail. If you love beef recommend the Bulgogi Tacos, yum,yum. Also had the Lemonade Bomb recommend by Autumn, loved it!! Great food, Great service and Great cocktails! Our server was so awesome in recommending things to us and he did not mislead us... at all. Everything we had was excellent! The crust on the Homemade Pizza was phenomenal and had a great flavor! The Pineapplebomb had bits of fresh fruit which made it very tropical tasting. The food looks better than it taste. The food presentation and the customer service is the best. The atmosphere was decadent as... well. . But who spilled the salt on the mashed potatoes, why did the lobster taste like swamp meat, and who thought it was agood idea to put one of the most popular drinks on the menu in a plastic cup (granted both of our drink were tasteful andrefreshing). This was so yummy!! The portion size for the chicken sandwich was huge, and the fries had parsley sprinkled on them with was... very tasty. The sauce in the pizza was flavorful with a perfect soft and crunchy base. Great spot for lunch or dinner. Weenjoyed everything we got. Staff was pleasant and service was quick. Great vibe and good food. They have such a varied menu that each time I come I try to eat something different. The waitress... Autumn (who was nice and knowledgeable about the menu) suggested the KnockOut Punch (where there's a 2 drink limit???? for this)which was a hit. And we ordered the Bulgogi Tacos and Crab & Shrimp Volcano where were flavorful and filling. This place isalways great and of course I'll come back again. Read more
I frequent here for lunch and sometimes weekend brunch. Great food and drinks. Seating and layout need a bit of work as its... unnecessarily clumsy and makes it hard on waiting tables. We didnt have enough space on table for what we ordered. I do love thequality of food and drinks served here. Highly recommend the Bulgogi tacos. Read more
First time to Dallas, traveling for work. Found this place because I love moonshine. I will definitely come back for Mash'd. The... moonshine selection is impressive. I had the barrel aged old fashioned as well. The food was great, I had the bulgogi tacos.They were amazing. The service was spectacular. The bartender was friendly, attentive, and fast. The kitchen was very quick,too. My food was out within 10 minutes of ordering...keep in mind I was there during off hours on a week night. Still veryimpressed. I would definitely recommend this place if you live in or if you are traveling to Dallas. Read more
