Service was fine. The main issue is the guy with the sun glasses and black hat putting the pizza into the over. He wore no... gloves while he touched EVER pizza he put in the oven. He went to the back touched the door, came back and touched his sweatpants. The other two people wore gloves, even one guy changing his gloves. Really gross. Read more

So I ate here today for the 1st time. I was warmly greeted and served by Davion, then Bri, then Sean. It seems like they get... paid to love people. They were genuine and so kind. Nowadays it's hard to get great service. They treated me like family anddon't even know me. I'm a customer service fanatic and All 3 of them get my Highest praises. I waited over forty minutes past the scheduled pick up time. Shortly after I went inside to pick up my "curbside order" another... customer asked for a refund since he had been waiting for so long. Several customers received the wrong items and came back toask for correct items. One customer was told that the sauce he ordered online was no longer offered. Scheduled pickup time wasextremely inaccurate. I almost left with someone else's food because they called out another order by the same first name asmine. The staff was not functioning well. They made errors on several orders before mine. Another customer requested a glutenfree crust and I felt it was very likely that they would not get what they asked for. The process at this restaurant is not goodfor a busy Friday evening scenario. Staff lacked experience and was filling orders 30 to 45 minute past scheduled pick up times.There was serious confusion on whose ordered what and staff threw several pizzas in the garbage during the 40 minute that Ispent waiting in the store for my food. The poor service that was received by me and several other customers this evening isreally the fault of upper and executive management personnel that failed to adequately design an order fulfillment system andfailed to properly train staff in minor crisis resolution techniques. The staff seemed to lack experience and they were notequipped to resolve the crisis which took place during my visit. They did however, do the basic jobs they had to do and theymaintained their composure. The customers present during my visit maintained their composure as well and I think that while thiswas a frustrating experience, the majority would agree that it was mostly just uncomfortable to see the staff struggling andseeing multiple customers disappointed with their incorrect orders.
