Get staff, clean quick and good pizza. Service was friendly and helpful.

Pizza was very good. We recommend it. The reason for 4 stars is communication with customers. Web page directly from google maps... doesn?t clearly have note that this is uncooked pizza. So we ordered 6 for party and were surprised to see it uncooked! Ithappens, but they asked us to fill survey. We did it with notice about our experience and asked for pictures of real product onwed page, no already cooked pizza. Answer was kind of: we don?t think there?s an issue with web page, anyway we can?t doanything about it. And that?s it. Looks like there?s a gap in relationships between franchises and main corporate. Placed an order @ 6:30pm. Was informed my order would be ready @ 7:02pm. Arrived @ 7:30pm to find they hadn't even started on my... order. 3 people walked in, placed orders and had their orders made while i was waiting. Nothing but a bunch of rude disorganizedkids working there. Asked for a refund. Not one of the kids there knew how to issue a refund. And told me there was no Mgrthere. Went in at 8:45 PM, all the food was put away, 3 teenage employees were sweeping up. I asked if they were still open, they told... me yes until 9 pm. I ordered one cheese bread, was told they were all out. I motioned toward the empty bar where all theingredients usually are, and asked if they have anything left still? The employees glanced around and said everything was putaway. I asked if they just closed up early then? Employees just kind of shrugged and nodded. Pretty lame they just decided toclose up early so they could get out of there sooner, let your customers down. I ordered 2 family size Chicago style pizzas. What I got instead were these 2 much smaller pizzas for the same price. I also... got an extremely rude and obnoxious little girl named Brianna who just wanted to be argumentative for the sake of beingargumentative when I mentioned that they were much smaller than they used to be. We?ve ordered at this location many times andthe family size has never had 2 1/2 inches left around the tray. The toppings weren?t even put on correctly. The owner shouldbe embarrassed. Read more
