Cashier woman would not check me and my family out. She continued to dry her hands waiting on other cashier to come back, she... took the next customer as they were the same race as she was. This is the first time I?ve ever experience this racism atRaceTrac. The cashier that did check us out was respectful and nice, that?s all I?m looking for when getting drinks and gas. Read more
This place has really gone downhill. Many pumps are broken. No receipt paper. Questionable cleanliness.
This morning I stopped by to grab some before work items. I already had a distaste for this location due to a past experience... with a rude and disrespectful cashier. But today I felt bad for the cashier who was a young black respectable well manneredPERSON. 2 Caucasian workmates were walking by laughing in conversation. He ask them a question, one looked at him and justignored. He asked again, they walked past just laughing showing off the rude disrespect to all of us in line. Please teach youremployees that we are living i. A cruel world and kindness goes a long way. Recently tried to purchase some items with a $100 bill. The blond kid with a man-bun that waited on me refused to take my... money. "We do not take $100 bills," he said. "What?" I said. "Not right after a shift change. No money in the cash drawer." Thatwas all. He offered no option and apparently saw no reason to even apologize. He just stood there waiting for me to leave. So Idid. A further attempt to talk to this kid yesterday caused another kid to interrupt touting the same cash drawer reason. Otherreviews of this Race Trac complain of younger employees with attitude problems. You won't work in sales very long if you turnaway paying customers because you don't want to hassle getting them change. Read more
This location hardly ever has working printers at the pump. I live around the corner. I have to have receipts for business... purposes. Over the past two years, I come back and give them a try every so often. Failure once again. Not sure why theycan?t fix this when every other station in Frisco seems to get it right. Read more
This RaceTrac location is like most others in appearance and layout. However, there is one major difference. That is the... cleanliness of the store itself and the surrounding property. There is trash strewn about the parking lot and near the pumps.The garbage cans seem to be in a constant state of overflow. And the bathrooms, though recently mopped, were also strewn withgarbage. The sinks were filthy and the paper towel dispensers did not work. On the plus side, like most other RaceTracs, thislocation does offer both diesel fuel and regular unleaded fuel. They sell bagged ice outside of the store. Inside they offer avariety of prepackaged snacks and beverages, fresh-brewed coffee, drinks including alcoholic beverages like wine and beer, andfrozen yogurt if you're in the mood for something a little chillier. All in all, I give this race track location a rating ofthree stars. I was not overly impressed. *Note - I brought it my concerns with the manager and ask if it would be possible forme to come by in about a week to take photos of the inside of the store.
