This Sonic always takes forever to get your order out, no matter what. It could be one drink and it would take forever. My order... took almost 30 minutes. It was 2 items and it wasn't busy. The person next to me got their order before me even though I wasthere first. This Sonic has been like this for around a year now and nothing has been done to fix it. I don't know if it'sbecause yall are understaffed or what but I know yall can't be corporate because you would have been shut down by now. The foodis great and the employees are pleasant but it just doesn't make up for the time sitting waiting for my food. Read more

I?ve never had such a rude experience at a fast food restaurant like this. I understand that fast food service isn?t impeccable,... but the service I received when I went here was plain mean. He got my food wrong, which I saw on the system when he rung it inon the pod. I spoke up and said something about it, but it had already cut the microphone. I pressed the button again, noresponse. As someone who works in the industry for a living, I knew what he got wrong could be fixed quickly. So I waited untilthe carhop came out with my food. He shoved it at me, said ?here you go.? And walked off too fast for me to even respond. I hadcash I was going to give him for a tip, but I guess he didn?t want because he didn?t even give me enough time to hand it to him.He was honestly so rude to me that I thought he tampered with my food. I?d recommend driving 5 minutes down the road to adifferent sonic. Read more

I pull up to the speaker for an after dinner treat with my toddler. It's around 8pm. I press the button and immediately they... say, "It's going to be a 15 minute wait for your order." I said, "You don't even know what I'm ordering yet and it's only 4 carsin the lot - it still will be 15 minutes?" She says, "Yes". I proceed to order two pretzel twist and a natural lemonade (Ireally didn't feel like finding another place and my son was already excited about the pretzels, so we waited). We got our orderat 8:18pm. Granted the pretzels were hot but I've worked in fast food before and I'm certain it didn't take that long to cook topretzels. What also frustrated me was there were two young girls playing in the front door. One was sitting on the food preptable, literally her bottom was on the table WITH HER FEET UP, the other was standing around on her phone. This is completelyunacceptable and I hope the Operating Partner or District Manager see this for corrective action. Read more

I received the worst customer service from the Sonic on Preston Rd in Frisco. I tried to place an order at 8:55pm today??. I was... told they were not taking any more orders because they closed at 9:00pm. I let them know I only wanted a drink , nothing thatneeded to be cooked. The microphone was turned off. No answer! The girl that came out to deliver to the car next to me lookedstraight at me a started laughing out loud. This is the second time at this Sonic I received poor customer service. Literally took me 35 minutes for my order to just get taken. 1st time I pressed the button 15 minutes later someone tell me they... will be with me in just a second. No big deal. I understand it is lunch time and busy. The light turns off a couple minuteslater. Press the button again 10 minutes goes by and button turns off. I do this one more time and FINALLY someone actuallytakes my order. She lets me know it will be 10-15 minute wait which I reply ?well I?ve already been waiting 30 minutes to orderso I guess.? That?s just ridiculous. Even if they were checking in on the cal you would think if someone keeps pressing the samestall button they would be like hey maybe I should go check. I come here every lunch to get a drink and there is always a waittime. That?s fine again it?s lunchtime. However the person who took my order was rude and couldn?t even say hey I?m sorry thathappened. We will get your order out to you as soon as possible. All you have to do is acknowledge where you messed up. Waittimes because you?re busy do not need an apology. Repeatedly missing a customer that is different. Do better. Read more

I'm really starting to like this Sonic again. I've been coming here occasionally over the past 5 years, and the service has... really improved the last couple of months. The carhops have been friendly, service has been fast, and the drinks have beengood. Tip: I always order my drinks ahead on the app. You can get all drinks and slushes 1/2 price any time. Read more

This Sonic provides a slightly better than average experience for a fast-food restaurant, but I'm not real happy about trying a... new sandwich that's advertised as being on "Texas" toaat that is thicker than regular bread, yet it came on thin, regular bread.Not exactly the sandwich I was expecting. This Grilled Cheese Double Burger was delicious, but I'd love to know how it tastes asit's advertised. Read more
