Sonic is always the go to place for drinks, slushes and shakes, however, their sandwiches are really good too. Had their Grilled... cheese sandwich on a deal for $1 on the app and it was so good. DO NOT GO HERE!! Would give 0 stars if that was an option. It took so long for them to take our order that the kiosk reset and... we had to push the button again. Finally was able to get someone to take our order after going up to the door. They completelycleared out all stalls and started serving the new arrivals and still no sign of our order. From the time we pulled up tofinally getting our order, which ended up being wrong so they had remake part of it, was 50 minutes. This was for 4 slushes thatwere all liquid by time we finally got them. Absolutely unacceptable and we would have asked for a refund and left accept forthe fact that it probably would have taken even longer for that, if their incompetent staff members even knew how to do it. Took over 20 minutes to even take the order, they cleared the drive thru, had to stop someone and ask if the button was broken.... Cleared the whole lot and then took our order and then took over 15 mins for just 4 drinks! Finally had to go to the door to getthe drinks to a table filled with orders and them not bringing them out. Got in the car and 2 drinks wrong!! Come on! Ownershould call me! Read more
The owner operator of this location needs to be terminated. I don?t even know how he or she became a franchisee with this kind... of service. Their ruining the brands reputation. Worst Sonic location ever. I?d give 0 stars if I could. I went on a Tuesday night at around 6:45pm. After waiting over 30... minutes for my food and still nothing, I hit the call button and asked about the status of my order, I received it 10 minuteslater with a somewhat apologetic coupon from a rude carhop. I take the food home and discover it?s cold from sitting out for solong, the drink is the wrong size from what I ordered and all of it?s ice is melted, and the burger is loaded when I asked forit plain. I ordered through the app. When I arrived the carhop did not bring out one of the two bags with my order, and the food I did... receive was bone cold. After noticing the missing food when I got home, I drove back to the store waiting at a stall for 12minutes waiting for someone to answer. After going through the drive-thru the store manager gave me a contact number. I calledthe number asking for a refund for this order and was told I was only able to get a partial refund of a $10 gift card for a $30order. Worst experience with any Sonic or fast food restaurant. I?ve been so disappointed by the consistently poor service at this location. Rude employees, beyond ridiculous wait times for... just drinks and seemingly, no management on site. Even though we were initially excited by the close proximity of this newestlocation, sadly, it?s one of the most poorly run Sonics we?ve ever frequented. I hate to be that person, but one star is being generous. This location is ran so bad, often only having one kid bringing out... orders when it?s super busy. The most memorable time was when we waited 45 mins for 2 cherry limeades. I?ve never seen anybodyover the age of 16 working there but whoever the adult in charge is should definitely hire more people to help these kids. Read more
