Ordered shakes for my kids, one of the shakes was missing m&m called the store and told them about it but the lady Mo... (supervisor) didnt believe me and was rude. My son end up trashing it. Well, that just killed my desire for Sonic. Tots, Texas toast and chicken strips were all overcooked, and the chicken tasted... nasty. ???? Then the young employees closed within 5 minutes of handing me my order (early), so I sat in a dark parking loteating what little I did. What happened to professionalism? Smh Read more
Every time I come here the customer service is amazing! They take my order fast and efficient. Food is hot and delicious. There... is a sonic that is right next to my house but I drive the extra 2 miles for this consistent service. I appreciate each one ofthose carhops, the cooks, and the managers for their hard work. Yesterday I ordered 2 drinks on the app. One was a Route 44 Unsweet Tea with Extra Mango. I order this every day from different... Sonics in the area. Too bad I went to this location!! When I was drinking my tea, I noticed there was a chunk in there. I havenever noticed that before and just thought, okay, maybe that's some mango (really was hoping). The next sip I took, the chunkgot stuck on the bottom of the straw. I opened the drink up and found A DOG MILK BONE IN MY DRINK! I got sick. I have a weakstomach as it is and just seeing a piece of a dog bone in my drink put me over the edge. This Sonic location has ruined me for along time!!
