I used to love this location until today. I had the worst experience hardly any meat on the sandwich. The employee decided to... stop making my order to bake bread, he was touching raw dough and then wanted to continue with my order. I asked him to changehis gloves and he rolled his eyes at me. Recently, Subway has been trying to convince the public that it has completely reinvented itself. But the truth is, the food... really isn't much different than it used to be. Nevertheless, though their sandwiches aren't anything special, in the past Iwould occasionally purchase one because they were edible, quick, and fairly inexpensive. Well, lately, Subway's prices havedrastically increased and based on my experience, at this location, their food and service are both subpar. If you think I'mbeing a little hard on them, you are mistaken. I had three bad experiences at this store in a row. The first two were justincorrectly made orders, which is aggravating but isn't really a hazard to one's health. But, on that third occasion, I took abite of my sandwich and found a foreign object. Even so, before writing this negative review, in a public forum, I chose toemail the company directly and let them know what was going on at this store. Subway sent me two return emails. The firstclearly stated at the bottom that it was an automatically generated email. In other words, no one from the parent company evenread my complaint. Anyway, it explained that, based on the information I submitted, including the store number, that my concernwas being "forwarded to the appropriate area." The second email had someone's name on it. They acted like I had just beeninconvenienced and didn't mention the foreign object in my food. They didn't offer to rectify the situation in any way. Theemail went on to say, ?I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation? and ?thank you for being a loyal Subway®customer and we look forward to serving you again in the future.? Why would they think anyone would want to go back to a placewhere they found something in their food? You know, I'm thinking the second email was also system generated but just didn'tinform me of that fact. Got scammed at this Subway today. I placed an order for $48.65 on the Subway App. The order said it was in progress when I... entered the store. The lone employee said he did not have an order and there was nothng he could do for me. He refused to giveme his name or any contact information. During this exchange, my App changed status and said it was picked up at 6:42 PM. Thisis a scam that someone is running. The employee refused to give me his name and got very upset when I took his picture. He toldme he had no contact information for any manager at the store. The manager's name is listed in the store as Tracy Metten, butthe employee said he had no way to contact anyone. Read more

Beware of scam! I caught them putting only half the amount of turkey on my sandwich WHILE asking me if I wanted double meat. Uh,... if you only give me 50% of the meat of course I want double. How about you stop trying to up-sell me double meat and instead putthe full amount of regular meat on there! The meat has been frayed and torn which makes it easy for them to still grab 3 or 4pieces but they are basically half slices. See the image. I did NOT remove any meat from the sandwich. Tracey Mitten owned and operated I?ve never been so blatantly disrespected and disregarded as a person of color than these two... workers at this subway establishment. They literally saw me walk in, didn?t acknowledge me. I stood in line but they allowed 3other people to walk in front of me and serve them first. All spoke Spanish, then the lady in the photo at the cash register wasincredibly rude making my sandwich and taking my payment. I know what the word pinche? means and it was said to me on my wayout. This has to be the worst location ever. I made an online order for pickup. There were 3 items I ordered and every single one of... them was made incorrectly!! Even on my receipt and the print out, the adjustments were clearly printed. However, once I got homewith the sandwiches and salad, I discovered that everything I had requested had been ignored and the whole order was wrong! Donot bother with this location. It really should be closed down or all the staff retrained, including it?s manager!! Read more
