I do work in construction and most of the time my hands are in contact with material or tools, but my hands were cleaner than... the hands of the guy that prepare the sandwiches , even when he use gloves you could see the disgusting state of his nails, Iknow this is a fast food restaurant but you expect better when you pay for your food, one more thing I noticed, I don't speakHindu or Pakistani wich I am very respectful but even when you don't speak you can understand gestures and they were making funout of a customer, next time I will eat at different place. This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The employees are unfriendly and have a big attitude. The store owner was mopping... the floor when i walked in and with the same hands , without a glove started preparing my sandwich.yuck . I would notrecommend this place .please avoid this place if you can. Read more

I have been to this subway at least once a week for a while now and not once has my order been correct. I place a mobile order... on the app and have to quickly run in and grab my food. I don?t have time to sit and check to make sure it?s correct. I calledthe store and spoke to the manager to attempt to resolve this issue. The first time I was hung up on. I called again and wasasked ?well what do you want me to do? by the manager. She then made excuses saying the app doesn?t work and the sandwich makerdoes not get the instructions. But every instruction and note I inputted on the app is on the receipt stapled to my bag, when Isaid this, the manager hung up on me a second time. Read more

I like to give favorable ratings, but I don't hesitate to give flaming bad reviews when I have an experience like this one! I... don't recommend anyone visiting this location. Note... the employee was not wearing a mask. My fiancé and I visited thislocation recently. We had the most horrible experience ever experienced at a Subway. We ordered two footlong sandwiches usinga BOGO coupon, and at the register I told the cashier that we would be drinking water with our sandwiches. I requested to getdouble meat in my sandwich, and was told that I could not use the coupon and pay extra for double meat. I was told that if Iwanted extra meat, I would have to pay full price without using the coupon at all. At the register I was not given any specialcups for water, so my fiancé took two of the smallest cups available near the register and proceeded to fill them withwater. After I sat down, I examined the receipt for our food because the total seemed to be too high. I noticed that we werecharged almost $5.00 for two cups of water. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, I was told that the water isfree but the cups cost almost $5.00. I asked to speak to the manager about this, because I have never been charged for a cup ofwater at Subway. He told me that he is the manager and that the charge is what it is supposed to be and refused to change thecharge. He was very belligerent and was shouting at both my fiancé and myself in front of other customers about how we werewrong. I told him that I had informed him at the register that we would be drinking water, and he told me that he did not hearme telling him that. During the shouting match, he then showed us some special cups that were hidden under the counter whichwere supposed to be for free water and told us that we should have asked for those cups. Stopped in and ordered my daughter and myself some sandwiches. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and super helpful.... Guy in front of me had two small boys with him and he was very patient with them. It was great to see such good customerservice. Read more
