Sushi Marquee just introduced their new hibachi menu, so of course I had to try it! Fresh hibachi meals are available from... anywhere in the restaurant, without having to sit at a large table with strangers (and there’s no chef trying to throw shrimpat your face ????????) Very good location, and the overall environment is really good. I went there to celebrate my twin boys birthday. This was our... first visit to the restaurant and I am glad that we did it. Such a cute little sushi spot in a really cool area. The sushi was served on a star shaped serving plate with the sashimi in the... center and the rolls on the points. The presentation was cool especially since the restaurant is in the heart of Cowboys Nation.The place was clean with tons of huge windows and natural light. The wait staff could have been friendlier with less attitudebut the food was good and the place was nice.
