Best breakfast/lunch spot if you want healthy items. Staff is really courteous
I ordered the usual Chia Banana Boost and Açaí Berry Boost. Both were watered down. The flavors could be more pungent. I let... them know my concern for one smoothie because I didn?t want to overwhelm them with the concern for both. The chia was made againand it tasted way better than the first time, but still not the same as to how I normally get it. I let them know to make itthicker and to bring out more of the oats and it was thin consistency like soda than a smoothie and just tasted like roastedbanana. AMAZING customer service!!!!! It turns out that I ordered from the wrong location. After some frustrating navigation I finally... arrived about 30 minutes later. Rather than drink warm melted smoothies, I asked if they could remake them and I'd buy freshones. My fault, not theirs. The manager refused to let me pay for new ones, even apologized and said the app is screwysometimes. Totally defused a stressful night and I really appreciate it. Read more
I really love the smoothies here. They have a great selection to choose from, you can even customize them if you like. The... smoothies on my visit today were fantastic as always, however, I didn?t feel the staff was very welcoming. The man who took myorder today gave me the impression that he wanted us to hurry up and place our order so we could leave. Usually, the service Iget here is great, not sure what happened here today, at least our smoothies were tasty. For some great smoothies and food, Irecommend you check them out for yourself. Read more
Love the food (chicken pesto flatbread) and smoothies. Great value for size of smoothies. Very consistent and always fresh... tasting...but their app and online ordering are the WORSE! They don?t seem to sync up, never seem to have been updated and arecomplete time wasters. App repeated tell you you?re missing selections when you haven?t. If not for the poor online experience,I?d give 5 stars. Would actually rate 3.5 stars. It?s that bad. Read more
Update: 8/18/20 Updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars in response to the owner, Dee, reaching out to me to make things... right. He responded the day after my review posted with a call back number. When I called, Dee apologized about the error inpreparation and let me know they would pay for our next order of wraps. I'm very happy with how quickly he responded, hegenuinely cares about his customers. Will definitely be ordering from them again! Original review: 8/15/20: Ordered lunch forcurbside pickup and the two wraps we ordered were cut in a way that made it impossible to eat with our hands...instead ofcutting the wrap down the middle they cut it nearly from end to end so that everything inside would essentially fall out if wetried to pick it up. I?m not sure who prepared our food but it was a bit inconvenient. We haven?t had any issues with thislocation before, hopefully it was just an off day. Read more
This is one of my new favorite places a quick bite. This was my first visit to this location, but I've been to there are other... location at Eldorado and the tollway and number of times in the food and smoothies are always great! Highly recommended for ahealthy meal! They have tasty food and even better smoothies. Their smoothies taste more natural and wholesome as opposed toother places that taste more like a dessert.
