Had brunch here with friend. Loved the music, the ambiance and the food. We had the power salad and Cobb salad. So yummy!! We... inhaled our salads and forgot to take pics. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! Read more

It's not terribly hard to make breakfast good and yet this place was a disappointment. At 1st glance this place looks like it... would have fresh and new takes on breakfast items, but they fail to deliver. The 1st star that went off was because my diabeticdad was not able to get any sugar free syrup here, He asked and they straight up told him sorry only real stuff. The next 2stars I went off because of the mediocre food and the expense just for some basic breakfast food. The ambiance was nice but thatwas the only thing that was good. We got the avocado toast, Which I do not recommend. Nothing spectacular. Then I got thesweet potato hash. This was made with barbecue sauce, kale, peppers, oniond, and 2 eggs on top. It was definitely not somethingI was in to. Just stay home next time and save yourself money if you want to come to this place. Some scrambled eggs bacon andeggo waffles would have been better. 70 bucks would get you a lot at a waffle house haha. Read more

Do not... underestimate the picture as the dish is very filling and severed hot and fresh! It was my first time trying this spot and nowthey will have a loyal customer. As a Realtor it is my job to know all the great eateries, shopping and places to go in DFW. In this day in time we have so many... people moving here from out of state. I was in the area showing clients and decided to stop in! Loved the patio and ambiancefrom the get go, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. My bacon was extra crispy like I liked it and the barista mademy latte just like I asked! Looking forward to sharing this place as a recommendation of places to try for my clients! The cafe looks great, food smells and tastes delectable, and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. It did feel a tad pricey... relative to how much food was on the plate, but the overall experience was memorable. A good option if you want healthy foodthat still tastes great. Definitely stop by for a breakfast/brunch outing. Read more

If you are looking for healthy and flavorful meals, do yourself a favor and head over to Up Inspired Kitchen to fuel up on your... day! I asked the young man behind the cash register which bowl he recommended and so I ordered the Rib Bowl. You guys, you haveto try this! The short rib was so tender that my son kept stealing it! The pickled cucumbers were amazing and had a kick! Alsoin the bowl was brown rice cooked perfectly and spicy slaw! Topped with a poached egg and I already need this in my lifeagain! My friend ordered the Chicken Harvest Bowl and she was raving about it as well! So I snuck a bite (for research purposesof course) and it also was so flavorful. The sweet potatoes, apples, pecans, a little balsamic dressing?yum. My son ordered thepancakes and if you can believe it, that is the kid meal! Such a great size! He loved the real maple syrup and just give him allthe berries! You can see he enjoyed his meal! I had been so curious about their Honey Lavender Latte and was so happy I got it. The floral hints throughout each sip was magnificent. One of the best lattes I have ever had! Head on over to Up, go sit ontheir cute patio and/or enjoy a game of cornhole while you?re at it. My son enjoyed it and was definitely better at it than Iwas! Read more

My spouse and I came here for a quick lunch date. The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. The menu was simple and had some... good options for everyone. Meat eaters, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegans. I ordered the Ultimate Veg Head whole wheat wrap. Ithought it was just ok. Nothing spectacular. I really thought the cauliflower was actually going to be roasted and hot. Insteadit was cold and didn?t seem roasted or cooked at all. I really liked the hummus on the wrap, and I didn?t see or taste any greengoddess dressing on the wrap. My spouse had the Blueberry Almond cakes. He thought they were fresh and fantastic but thoughtthe portion size was much smaller than what he expected. He said they were fine for a snack, but not a meal. I snagged a smallbite of one of his cakes, and I agree, they tasted yummy. The lady who took our order, and the lady who picked up our plateswere both friendly. I?d definitely like to come back here again to try their Veggie Lasagna, it sounds yummy. Read more

It's a cute, family friendly spot. It looks like a nice place to bring your family if you have younger kids, and it feels very... spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and the everything is bright and aesthetically pleasing. I also really appreciated howthey marked all of the vegan/vegetarian/gluten free items on the menu. It made it super easy to order. That being said, theservice was a little slow. The tofu scramble felt like it was a tiny portion. In the picture I took, I had already taken a smallbite, but even on camera it doesn't look like a lot, especially when compared to the chicken wrap. Also, the blueberry pancakeswere really dry, but that may have been my mistake since they are gluten free. Overall, cute place. It looks popular, so maybethe other items are better, but wouldn't recommend the tofu scramble or blueberry pancakes (unless you are actually gluten free) Read more
