I ordered the massive 28oz Vitality Bowl and it was perfectly prepared. The staff were professional and extremely courteous!

Ordered for pickup 15 mins before the store was closing and was shocked to see how it was made? we ordered 2 vitality bowls and... was shocked to see there was hardly a big teaspoon of açaí layered at the bottom and the rest was only granola and bananas andstrawberries with few berries?. I walked in with my kids, I was not greeted. The customer service was cold. I ordered a breakfast bowl, paid the cost and a tip... even though I didn?t want to. The employee acted like she did not want to be there Another employee comes out to tell me theydon?t have strawberries or bananas and I could pick another bowl. I didn?t want anything else because everything I wanted hadstrawberries or bananas. I said I wanted a refund and they said they didn?t or couldn?t do one. I asked them to call a managerand they did. I like this place and the food, but I was not happy with the customer service received. The lady just stared into space while I... was deciding, she didn?t offer any ideas for what I should order. She didn?t say a word to us the entire time. Didn?t repeat theorder back or anything. She is tall, blond, with a round face and greenish blue eyes. I ordered a green me up juice with 2 scoops of protein added. Pretty quick service. Clean location. Taste good. The guy was... patient with me considering I?m a very indecisive person. I?m only con if I had to have one would be that he wasn?tknowledgeable about how many grams of protein the additive contained but he did admit to not knowing and asked someone.
