I ordered a no.8 and a no.2 and 4pc kids meal both sandwiches where uncooked my child's nuggets burnt after we arrived home seen... our order was horrible went back told manager who had a bad attitude since the start gave her my food back all she did was giveme new fries got back home my food was raw again even more red then pink this could've made us sick this is not acceptable Irespect everyone with a job no matter what job it is so why because you have problems take it out on a loyal customer since the90s and I gave her $40 it was like $36 didn't even give me my change Read more

I had an interaction with Nelson who called himself the general manager today, 8.2.2022 - I made a purchase for food and then I... realized that I didn?t get to use my three dollar off coupon for purchasing a premium meal I went back to the drive-through andasked Nelson to refund my order and re-ring it so that I could apply the three dollar off coupon Nelson refused to do so, but hedid state that he could issue me a refund and I could give the food back. to me this is the worst service that you could offer acustomer I truly believe that Nelson is probably a racist and that he could care less about me as a customer or a human why as ageneral manager would you offer to take the time to issue a refund but not take it a step further to go ahead and re-ring myorder and take the coupon. why would you instead feel like the best thing to do is to issue a refund and take back the food thatmade absolutely no sense and again further leads me to believe that he was just simply being racist. I will be filing a formalcomplaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be speaking with the district manager about this interaction Nelson doesnot belong in a general manager position. Rating one star because 0 is not an option. I got home, 2.5 miles from this location, only to find that three items were... missing. I drove back to this location to inform them of the missing items only to have the manager basically call me a liar anda theft, not in those words obviously but she said she packed the order herself and all items were included in the bad. She thenproceeded to say it?s ok we will remake the items and asked me to pull to the front. After waiting 10 minutes, while she clearedthe drive through line, she finally walked out with the order. This is the WORST service/customer service I have ever received.It is clear good staff is hard to find. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The Wendy?s on Preston and Stonebrook hasway better service and their staff is competent. Read more

Ordered spicy chicken burger, but they didn?t provide that with lettuce and tomato. When contacted they apologized and offered... to correct the order. Thanks to the team for customer service. The restaurant is clean, well maintained. Wendy?s food alwaysfresh and hot. Read more

Loved the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. Definitely a must have for those who love a sweet tinge to their burger. The patty itself... was a bit dry but the bourbon sauce made up for that along with the Crispy rings. The only low point was the oil they use whichseemed a bit old and gave me a bit of discomfort in the throat for sometime post the meal. Read more
