Congratulations on having my last (100% factual) review removed. Here's a new abridged version... Worst service I've ever... experienced at a restaurant. An hour of a lobby full of angry customers not receiving food or refunds. I hope the loss of futurebusiness you received turns out to be the nail in this location's coffin. How does this restaurant have a 3.6 star rating? Itmust have been awesome some years ago and drove the bus off a cliff. What happened? Read more

Placed an order inside at 10 pm and 20 minutes later the food was still not ready. There were at least seven employees there so... it wasn't an employee shortage issue. Appeared that more attention was devoted to the drive thru lane than inside. I told themanager I just wanted my money back and she did so without saying a word. No apology at all. Didn't seem to care if I wasthere or not. Love whataburger but won't go back to this west Frisco location. Read more

Shake/malt machine was down, waited 30 minutes and walked in (curbside) and then they prepped my order. Not sure what happened... (software / slipped past?) but the staff was super kind and attentive once they noticed an issue. Read more

It's a popular hamburger place in Texas, meat is ok, service is so delayed, high parices but affordable. It's not a 5star place

This restaurant continually has issues. The time it takes for them to get orders out for a fast food restaurant can be 15 to 20... minutes. Do not do curbside pickup. You may never get it until you go in. I even called they said they were just waiting onfries and they still didn't bring it out. Whataburger needs to have constant attention on this restaurant. Standard Whataburger food, which is good. The service is always slow and a little chaotic. Some of the systems break down. For... example, you might get a number to take with you to place on the table. Or you might have to rely upon your receipt andacknowledge your order when they yell out your number. Read more

Normally great.this location is hit or miss. I ordered curbside and had to go in and get it anyway. After 25 min it still wasn't... ready when I went back to the counter again they shoved a bag at me and I was dismissed. I had to track down the kid to ask formy drink cup and just go fill it myself, not a big deal except it was supposed to be curbside. When I left as I was going to belate getting back from lunch(the whole point of ordering online early) I checked the bag. The fries were dumped upside down inthe bag and were so cold they were stiff. The Burger was totally wrong ice cold and the paper it was wrapped it was SOAKED withgrease. The drink was good. When I got back to work I just pitched the whole thing and ate lunch out of the vending machine. Ihave been to this location when everything was good, but 50% of the time it is cold wrong and inedible.I won't be gambling onthis place for a good long time. Too bad as it is pretty close to work.
