The wings were tough and chewy, as if they cooked the chicken while still frozen. The amount of food you get for the Dollar... spent is on the small side, so a terrible value, even if the wings were decent - which they were not. They were also greasy andsuper salty. Listening to the manager/owner berate and verbally abuse the kitchen staff most of the 30 minutes I was there forlunch made it an even more unpleasant experience. I would not return even if the food were free, and I feel bad for the peoplewho work there having to endure the kind of verbal abuse by management I witnessed. Chicken and sauce were good quality, lemon pepper fries were so over seasoned they were nearly too sour to eat unfortunately. It... smelled like a sewer line had busted, very unpleasant to sit in through our meal. Chicken took a while to come out which isnormal for wings, but when they arrived they were room temp at best. Also all the lights were turned off in the middle ofbusiness hours which was strange and did not make for a welcoming dining experience. Would not recommend overall sad to say. Read more

Ordered takeout for the second time at the Frisco location. Requested my wings to be fried crispy. When I got home, I was... disappointed to see my wings were half cooked. Called the manager and he offered an in store credit. I turned him down andinformed him I will not be returning. Read more
Rip off I paid $20 and some change for tiny itty-bitty mix and match wings they were so small it was ridiculous for 10 pieces.... And garlic french fries that weren?t even all that good berry blend into garlicky. There was only about 10 fries in there. Theycharge way too much when I can get more bang for my buck elsewhere with bigger wings! They messed up my order as well I got fiveof the habanero and five of the garlic Parmesan there?s two pictures below that show there?s absolutely no sauce on it so I gotripped off even more. First time trying it! I did a pickup order and got a text my order was ready. Omg I?m thinking the boneless wings would be tiny.... Uh no. Nice, hot and juicy. I love a place that greats me with a smile when I walk in door door and this place did not disappoint! Staff was extremely... friendly. I ordered the Buffalo flavor and habanero mango. The habanero mango was not very spicy and but has a nice sweet hottaste. The Buffalo had a slightly spicy kick that I liked. Out of the two flavors I prefer the habanero. The chicken was alittle on the cool side like it was my only complaint. I suggest stopping by if you?re craving chicken wings! Read more
Food is good. Online ordering is easy. Filling order correctly seems to be an issue. We ordered last night 10/11/22. Order was... ready when we arrived. Upon unpacking noticed our order wasn?t complete-no sweet corn, 8 piece flat wings instead of the 10pieces we ordered, no side sauces as ordered. We called, no answer, Voice mail. Emailed info@ haven?t received response. Not abig deal $ wise, but a big enough deal to affect our rating. Check your order before leaving the store. Read more
