??????????DISGUSTING???????? This place used to be good a few years ago when adults worked there now you have careless people... working. Every time I pick up an order there?s always something wrong. I always double check my order before walking out but Ifeel like that shouldn?t have to be necessary, it?s wings and fries for god sake! I didn?t check my order before walking outtoday and guess what? I got the worst, most disgusting fries ever I mean come on who ever put those fries in my order would youeat that? I placed an order at 8:50pm and I didn?t receive order till 10pm and I gave a call to theTeelpark way outlet and they told that... order is still here and I requested her to send it and she told that it will take minimum of 1/2nd Hour. I got other messagestating that another order is created. After sometime I received the order and the food taste worst. I ordered hot and Dallascowboys flavours, it was prepared worst and they are not even properly dipped in the sauce. I am pretty much frustrated at thattime and I again got a call from Wings stop rep saying that I see that you have received the order and she is asking how was theorder? I told her it?s not good. She told that we can only serve in that way. It?s not a right way to treat customers. This isthe second time I am facing these type of-issue with the same outlet. Great people here. I didn?t get his name but the guy with the ponytail was super cool. Told me to go ahead and take my food for... free. I showed up at 1159 right before closing and so I guess he asked his manager to come ring me up but they had alreadyclosed down the register so they let me take it for free. If I could rate Wingstop a zero, I would, but it?s not an option. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband and I placed an order at... 5pm and we never got it. We called multiple times and got hung up on three times. We talked to a manager and she ensured us thatthey were preparing it and had a driver ready to deliver it to us. We called back 20 mins later and the guy said they didn?teven have an order for us. My husband started to drive toward Wingstop and the guy basically threatened him. My sister and I came for lunch today. Despite them being busy, running out of some lids, taking awhile to get orders out and a... HUGE online order, the employees were super nice and professional. They kept their calm in a pretty wild setting. I work foodservice myself, and the crew that worked today was truly amazing in the way they were handling things!! Read more
This location needs to be assessed by Wingstop?s corporate quality inspector. The owners have clearly let the location go and it... is demonstrated in the quality of the food they are distributing. The sauces taste watered down, the fries are not are notproperly seasoned and tossed and the legendary lemon pepper will come with little to no lemon pepper seasoning more often thannot.
