A bastion of middle America. Where boomers and Gen-Xers love to bring their children or grandchildren. We?re families on the... road stop for oversized portions, cooked well enough, and a chance to shop for candies and knickknacks. To whom this may concern. I hope: I ordered two eggs over easy with toast honey ham grits gravy and the cinnamon apple the only... thing that was hot was the apples and the ham was a little bit warmer than room temperature it was good but it would have beenso much better if it had been warmer ???? look at my toast and grits the two scoops of butter wouldn't even melt on the toast orin grits. Had cold eggs they were not over easy as I asked. they were slammed down evidently there was two other people with mealso one of them had biscuit and gravy was cold my other guest got a baked potato which came out after everyone else but atleast it was hot for them so I went to Virginia got the biggest disappointment in a breakfast I have ever had at a crackerbarrel I live in Louisiana and have visited a mini of cracker barrel between Virginia and Louisiana. when I told the waiter hereally seemed he did not care and just walked off it sounded like (he said sorry?) but it was very soft and did not completelyunderstand I have the receipt somewhere I wish I could find it so you can get the number and you know who waited but you can seethe pictures I was there June 5th approximately 2:00pm I paid with a Visa debit card I know it was almost 2:30pm when we checkedout at the register I also bought one of the GoPros for $24.+¢ tax it was right about $90+ For everything. The food was great at a decent price. My wife had the honey fried chicken and said it was very good. My daughter had the 1/2... pound hamburger steak and I had the rainbow trout. They were really busy on Saturday evening. The food has always been good atCracker Barrell. Read more

The visit started off nicely. The wait wasn't very long and we ordered prior to being seated which was convenient. When the food... arrived the order was missing items and I received bbq sauce with my shrimp.
