The women who work at this place are super fast and on top of things. The issue seems to be with them not having enough... staffing. They have to close the register and make customers order from a kiosk. They are super busy and it definitely detractsfrom the attitudes of the customers and staff. Whoever runs this store should show some more support and hire at least one moreperson. And give the people here a raise, they earn it for sure. I live in this neighborhood and this is my go to DD. Store very clean. Customer service excellent. However when I asked for LESS ice this is what I received!!
Has better quality of food than other Dunkin I have been to. Also faster service with more considerate employees. Love going... here for a quick morning bite. Read more
customer service sucks, $50 order and was given 5 english muffins ( with paper cooked into it) we did not order when asked for... croissants and wraps. was told they were out of both but when i came back for a refund they made the wraps perfectly fine.refused to give me a refund for the other food. when we told them there was paper on it they snatched all the food andcomplained Read more
Can I just say how amazed I am at the kindness and superb customer service skills the employee Kimberly has? She's always so... friendly, takes and finishes up orders in a prompt timely manner. I'm anxiety free, when I get my order taken by her. There'sanother woman who works third shift/at ten pm and she's great too. I was completely taken aback by how awesome these customerservice representatives are! You rarely ever see that in any industry now a days. Customer service was great with fast, friendly service. The only issue I had was with my iced matcha latte. I got home and it... turns out my large drink was really only a small. Half of this cup was foam, apparently, and half of that settled before I gothome. Maybe I didn't really need that much matcha, but it would be nice to get what I paid for. Read more
This place is nice and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Great business they run here. The donuts are fresh and morning... coffee is a treat. I also love that their WiFi is low key fast and almost nobody inside. Mostly people misty hit the drive thru,so you can come and work here. Read more
