October 2022: This place is a disaster, and I'm not even sure there's a manager to be fired -- I think the place is run by... whatever teenager with a key decided to show up that day. Their hours are uneven (yes, yes; we all know about the workershortage, but other restaurants manage to have consistent hours, even if they're less hours than usual). They sometimes closeas early as 3PM, with only a piece of paper taped to the drive-thru speaker to let you know. Some days they serve food, othersday not, and there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason as to why. I've had food orders taken when there were only threeemployees there, and had them refuse to take food orders when there were five or six. We live locally and are often at thisDunkin (the other one in the area doesn't serve food *at all* most days), and the turnover of employees is very high. Thatmeans they have to train new people all the time, and it shows. The donuts are left out where the flies can get to them, foodorders (when they take them) are often not started for minutes after you place them, and a high number of employees appear notto know how to make basic drinks, like their signature caramel macchiato. Today was the last straw for us. It's tourist seasonas I write this and the drive-thru line was out into the street, so of course it's expected that there would be more than usualconfusion inside. But oh man. Rather than risk a long drive thru wait, we parked and went in. After 20 minutes they'd managedto a) make our order wrong, b) give it to someone else, c) lose *that* person's order and not have any idea how to fix theirmistake, d) make our order -- just basic stuff -- wrong again, and then give us the wrong amount back in refund when we toldthem we couldn't afford to wait any longer. Sadly 4 Donuts got stuck in a paper bag, all the chocolate frosting was lost ???????????. It would been great to use a small box... for 4 Donuts . No need to say I was disappointed, especially the Donuts supposed to be for a Birthday person. The hotSandwiches we truly enjoyed. The late night crew around and after 8pm Wednesday Sept 14th, 2022 were INCREDIBLE!! They all need a raise! Every single... employee was amazing and SUPERR kind and loving! I never like dunkin' if im being honest and after tonight, i will SKIPstarbucks and FOREVER attend this dunkin again! TREAT THESE EMPLOYEES RIGHT! No issues with the product or the employees, but the wait at this location is consistently terrible. Pulled into the drive... through and it took 30 minutes to get to the end. Standard line they just can't move people through the drive through at all. Read more
normally they have nice employees, but whoever was working today was honestly the worst employee ive had to speak to in my life.... She refused to make the drink i normally get because she couldn?t put oat milk in the blender which to my understanding iscompletely untrue, as i get it almost everyday. About seven people in there and they can?t get their stuff together to get stuff right or out on time! Placed my mobile order... about 10 minutes before I arrived and they still hadn?t started making it. Then they proceeded to ask me what I was waiting for,and I still had to wait on around five minutes before I got my coffee. You can only use the drive thru; but, don't let that deter you from coming here. The staff is on the ball here. They are... courteous and professional. They kept the line moving and never had any issues getting orders out. Our coffee and tea wereprepared to our liking and we're the perfect temperature. The coffee was hot and fresh. Read more
How can America run on Dunkin when Dunkin can?t even run a Dunkin store? Lobby is never open. They close whenever. This place... could be making a killing but whoever owns should go back to running a lemonade stand. Last thing, my hot chocolate today wasterrible.
