Service could have been a lot better. Everyone, management included , needs better training. Waited an hour for food, manager... did not come back and check on us, nor was anything taken off the bill. This was the worst experience. I ordered a burger and got chicken. My egg was supposed to fried hard but it was over easy... instead. By the time my order was done correctly my party had finished and I had to get a to go box. Despite that the managerdid a good job making sure everything was fixed. Read more
There is only one server in this place that I will ask for and that is Sally. She is the most friendly, courteous, and efficient... out of the bunch. Husband and I went here for breakfast this morning and asked for Sally and a table. Yes it was busy and about1100. We had a 15 minute wait to even get our booth. And not Sally. We received some waitress who put on a false face and didnot listen to our order. We got our drinks first and she brought the wrong one for my husband. Then we waited for 40 minutesafter placing our order before we dropped $5 on the table and walked out. She did not check on us once and seemed to avoid us.We are very unhappy with the service we did not receive and we walked out hungry. Read more
Pleasant time from the top of the stack to the bottom. Sat promptly in a busy section around 6pm. Apps and drinks came out... faster than a dog in a bathtub. Entrees and refills quicker than lightning as well. Top notch ihop and server Angeles. Read more
Awesome selection of food, very filling and satisfying.
Waited 40 mins after ordering food. Asked manager what was going on. Waiter never put our ticket in for our food to be made.... Just walked out at that point. Would not recommend. Waiter was mad I guess because I returned the iced coffee after I was giventhe ingredients to make it myself. Manager was nice though. Read more
This is a good breakfast shop. First, it is very close to outdoor activities, especially the camping area. Second, the... popularity here is very good, and the waiters are very enthusiastic, especially the coffee is added very quickly ????! Thirdly,no one urges you to leave even if you stay in the store for more! I personally think it is worth recommending, the dishes areof normal standard! Read more
Had the salmon with rice and mashed potatoes. Husband had the chicken, onion rings and mozzarella sticks appetizers which was... a meal in itself. Was delicious and had plenty left over for another meal. Service was great and being a senior made our mealhalf price on Wednesday..great bargain. Read more
