Showed up and they were closed on a saturday. Had a sign that said go get sandwiches around back at "back 40". Walked back there... and bought 2 sandwiches. They were terrible. The bread was sandy and seemed old. They were packaged in plastic wrap and did notseem to have been made that day. Spent $30 for only two sandwiches. Sadly this is what they put their name on and now we won'tbe going back. Read more

Always excellent service and meal, served with a smile. You can tell this food is made withintention and love. Great food and wait staff. I?m normally a carnivore, but I loved the vegan pizza. Add a Ginger Beer and you have a great meal.

What a delightful find. Absolutely delicious food. We found this gem searching for some vegan options after visiting Shenandoah... National Park, and wow so glad we tried it. My bf got the honey keepers pie and loved it. The Charcuterie was pretty tasty andyou can choose the options yourself. The vegan options for the Charcuterie was a pleasant surprise as well. Vegan options areavailable. Our server rosy was so sweet, showed us around the restaurant and the hidden patio that has a fire pit. The placeused to be a market and now turned into a small restaurant ran by a chef that believes in serving high quality foods. Menuchanges depending on items in season. Although the dinner menu is not extensive, the pizza is some of the best I've had. The crust was especially good - very tasty... and crisp without a lot of added sugar. The ambiance was very nice, there's a small outdoor seating area in the back where youcan roast s'mores over an open fire. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially AK, who made some good beerrecommendations. We will definitely be going back! Read more
