Two stars for only the entertainment provided at McAllisters tonight. None of the staff knew what was going on. We ordered a... turkey, provolone, on baguette with mayo, onions, and lettuce. We were told that they were out of baguettes and ciabatta bread,and only had wheat. They, (yes 2 of the staff) rang us up for a turkey and swiss on white (not what we ordered at all). Once weleft, we realized what we ended up with was a ham, Swiss, no mayo, on ciabatta. Very entertaining, the sandwich was horrible. Unfortunately McAlister's is suffering from staffing shortages and supply chain issues just like everyone else. The staff was... working hard to take care of everyone. I'm giving 5 stars because the line moved quickly and food was served as quickly aspossible. It wasn't the staff's fault. At least they showed up to work on a Sunday! Read more

Walked in 5 minutes before close and girl and the register totally rolled her eyes. Not friendly at all. Had her elbow on the... table and head just resting on her face. Not a care in the world for customer service. Order was to go. 8/27, 5:55pm On top ofthat they locked the doors on us when we were still waiting for our food and we were told to exit through the side door. I was really excited when I saw "Deli" but when I went inside saw it was another chain closer to a Panera Bread or Corner Baker... only less character. I ordered the Reuben as I had been craving one for a few days. What they served was sad echo of a Reuben. Ihope they dont have any locations in NY because it will not last long there. Also had a lemonade that was pretty good. Andlastly there chocolate chip cookie. way to many chocolate chips. Taste was a bit off like they dont use enough salt when bakingand then it was hard like it was on verge of staleness. Was hoping this would be a regular stop for me but now I doubt I will goback. This review specifically goes to Ashley the manager. I called because our doctor had ordered us a potato bar as a gift for New... Years. After receiving the order we were missing a side and a potato. I called to ask if the missing items could just berefunded because I wasn?t able to make the trip back out. I was shocked when Ashley instantly accused me of lying and stated shepackaged the order herself and that she knows I got what I was supposed to get. I offered to send a picture of the order and myreceipt as proof if she genuinely believed I was calling to lie about a potato. She was incredibly rude to me and after saying?I?ll take care of it? she hung up. I was seriously shocked at the amount of attitude I received it was incrediblyunprofessional. Usually McAlisters is great about getting my order correct and including all of the items. I ordered a 4 cheese melt, a slice of... cheesecake, and barbecue chips as my side. When I received my order only my sandwich was in the bag. I had to go back to thecounter and ask for the cheesecake. I did not receive any chips with my order either. Read more

I keep trying to give this place a try, but it?s run by incredibly slow and rude staff. We ordered food and found that none of... the ?open? tables were clean so we sat at a ?closed? table nowhere near any other parties. The franchise owner came over toscold us instead of being nice and apologizing for staff?s lack of attention to the place. I?m not sure he?s chosen the rightline of work - he should like avoid jobs that require interacting with the public or creating safe and clean environments forpeople. Read more
