I came in at around fifteen minutes after seven pm. This woman with brown hair in a bun, wearing pink glasses and a grey... managers shirt, waited over thirty minutes in taking any orders or giving an order. When a customer asked if they needed to doanything, in a VERY rude tone goes, "I'll be right with you!". He had been waiting thirty minutes and I'd been waiting ten. Thedoor said the lobby was closed but I was able to come in. She was handling foods without gloves and had on nail polish thatcould easily chip. So MANY HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. The food was good. There's not too many healthy choices at McDonald's. I used to get the grilled chicken sandwich, but they... stopped providing those a long time ago. As a rule we don't eat fast food, but we had some gift cards for McDonald's so wewanted to use them. Read more
This particular location used to be one of the best McDonald's for miles and miles around. Lately, over the past several months... this location has continued to go downhill. The service is extremely slow. I pulled up and there was only 2 cars between meand the speaker where you order. I was in line waiting for my food for about 15 minutes if not longer. The employees at theregister and food window have very bad attitudes and show no joy or anything positive when interacting with them. If and whenthey do talk to you it is in a very low voice and they act as if it is a huge inconvenience to speak with you. At least my orderwas correct despite the French fries not being filled even close to all of the way full. Read more
Came in the restaurant absolutely starving! My mobile app was glitching and so is my phone and I was getting so frustrated that... I couldn?t order lunch. When I was ready to leave over frustration from my phone, two staff members came forward and help mefigure it out very quickly! I was fed, happy and back on the road in no time! Read more
It says ?open? but they only offer drive through and curbside. Why no dine in option and no note or sign explaining?!? Kind of a... hassle that makes this fast food less fast. Anyway, the employee who brought my food out was very friendly and polite. Read more
Very helpful ,and willing to do anything to help accommodate. The young man I work with has special abilities . I ask if they... had a plate of some sort. He needed something like a tray to put his food on. An they did do that. No fuss....So I recommendthis place if you have a specially able child,teenager,or an adult. Read more
Breakfast was the best we have had at a McD's. The biscuits where huge and tender. We were very surprised. Everything was... perfectly cooked. Nothing was burned, or overcooked, or dried out The morning staff knows what they're doing! Read more
