Let me first start off by saying I am a Popeyes connoisseur. I would consider myself an expert in the realm of Popeyes. I will... slowly be reviewing all the Popeyes I have been to but this one will be first. I got in and the first thing I notice is that ACworks, which is great. I then order and my girlfriend orders (she ordered mashed potatoes as a side. They have no spicy chickenand tell me it will be 13 minutes. This is around 3PM mind you. I say fine just give me regular. I used the bathroom which wastypical Popeyes? dark brownish tile, a single toilet and sink, and not very clean. I get out and and the food is ready. Thechicken product as is tradition is good. Cooked perfectly. A little on the hotter side which is nice, and good breading. Inotice two sides of fries and no mashed potatoes. I go back and ask for the mashed potatoes. The lady at the check out countersaid ?you both asked for mashed potatoes? I kindly replied no, I remember he saying mashed potatoes. She then gets testy withme. At this point my girlfriend is afraid I?m going to make a scene. Long story short I do not appreciate being called a liar.But I know what you are thinking? it?s he said Vs she said. We no, because on the receipt inwhich she rang up she charged me andselected mashed potatoes. I was there 05SEP2022. Cons the staff calling me a liar and no spicy chicken Pros good product. Ifregular chicken is good then I bet the spicy was amazing. They actually had the ac on full blast. Bathrooms were par for thecourse. But the room was generally clean. Sweet tea was good as well. Over all very friendly workers. I use the mobile app and normally have no problems. A few times they had power failures and... could not take mobile orders and they were unable to ring up the special for the same price or same amount of food. Other thanthat I would give them a 5. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! We ate here on our way home and all of us got very sick after, vomiting for hours. Called Popeyes to... complain and all they say is they?re ?looking into it? and will call back and issue a refund. It?s been almost a month andnothing has happened on their end. Don?t waste your money and don?t eat at this unsanitary place. Popeyes clearly doesn?t seethis as an issue. Read more

LOL. I would not call this Popeye's Drive Thru "fast". It's anything but. Took about 25 minutes to get our food. After they... told us (and 3 or 4 other cars) to pull off to the side they fell further and further behind. Multiple people from cars had toget up to go to the drive thru window because they finally locked the doors to the dining room. Clearly, they packed up ourfries 20 minutes before they packed our chicken, cause they were cold. Would not recommend -- keep driving. Read more
