It was getting late and we went to subway on N Royal, (we usually go to the one by 66 but they are temporary closed.)Sub was... very good. Service was ok. it was late, almost close but weren't greeted like normal. Seemed like they were more interested ingetting done to go home than taking care of us. Wasnt friendly like usual. I work guest service and notice this type of thing. Imiss the subway by I66. Todd was always friendly and would talk to us no matter when we came in or what they were doing! I hopethey reopen soon. Last time I came in they were so rude and mean! I came back today and they have a new worker this lady is so cheerful and sweet... literally coming back to this subway just so I can see her. People?s attitudes can make a big difference Read more
Quick food thats good and isnt expensive and fills you up.
My brother went in to purchase his dinner around 630pm Friday June 15th. He approches the counter and joe and Eric start making... comments about my brothers shirt which was his employee shirt of where he works. The guys looked at my brother as they weresaying each comment. Also on the same day a friend of mine that has battled cancer of the brain and just had surgery on bothwrist was made in front of too. Sad when her 14 year old son said he never wants to go back there. I or my family will notreturn to this subway again although we shop at Walmart all the time. Read more
The employee Britney she was really sweet to every customer she encountered that came into subway. Even though we all know... subway and most food jobs unfortunately are low paying and she still made the best out of it greeting every customer withnothing but kindness!!!! Great job honey! Read more
The staff seemed somewhat out-of-sorts, however, they were very friendly and provided good service.
Major bug problem. Tried to eat inside and had about 20 gnats swarming us while trying to eat. Had to leave and take food home.... I can imagine they are swarming the area where food is made also. Read more
