When they're open it's great, but there have been a number of times I've gone here between 7 and 830pm that they're closed. The... schedule on the door states they're open until 9, as does their google page, but they're often times locked up well before then.There have been times I was at the door, realizing it was locked, while staff stood behind the bakeline and stared at me. It'shonestly unacceptable, especially from a corporate restaurant. That's not a good thing to do to your customers. Fix the times onyour door or actually make the staff stay until close. Had stuf to make subs but know wraps. I understand it's late 8pm but as a customer you want things you can eat and disappointed... when you cant get it. I never understood why a popular item is never ordered for more to come in. Service was ok subs were good. Read more

Workers are always smiling and polite. Food is always good. Tends to get busy around lunch. Parking can be a bit tricky, but if... you make sure you turn into and out of the lot from/to the direction you're traveling, it's no trouble with traffic. Read more
