When they're open it's great, but there have been a number of times I've gone here between 7 and 830pm that they're closed. The... schedule on the door states they're open until 9, as does their google page, but they're often times locked up well before then.There have been times I was at the door, realizing it was locked, while staff stood behind the bakeline and stared at me. It'shonestly unacceptable, especially from a corporate restaurant. That's not a good thing to do to your customers. Fix the times onyour door or actually make the staff stay until close. Stop false advertising is the moral of what I'm getting at here. Read more
Had stuf to make subs but know wraps. I understand it's late 8pm but as a customer you want things you can eat and disappointed... when you cant get it. I never understood why a popular item is never ordered for more to come in. Service was ok subs were good. Read more

Workers are always smiling and polite. Food is always good. Tends to get busy around lunch. Parking can be a bit tricky, but if... you make sure you turn into and out of the lot from/to the direction you're traveling, it's no trouble with traffic. Read more
I ordered subs for my staff in advance using the online ordering option. When I arrived at our scheduled pick up time the female... manager on duty was visibly angry and would not address me or the other guest waiting.i waited almost 30 mintues past the pickup time for my food. My staff were unable to eat due to the delay. I called several times through out the day and no oneanswered. I emailed and still received no reply. The older lady and gentleman act nice, but they always have an attitude. They talk about you in a different language thinking no... one understands them. They always go slow or don't acknowledge you are there when you have an online order or delivery. Severaltimes the older guy stands there seeing he has an online order and doesn't make it until a few minutes later. They are so quickto be rude to their customers, but don't like it if you give them attitude.They honestly shouldn't be working there if theydon't like helping out there customers. Read more
I Order here about a few times a month. Place is always busy but you still get fast service. The sandwiches always come out... perfect. There are always coupons in the local paper or online to use and get a discount or something for free. The onlineordering is very easy too. Everyone who works here is so nice and sweet. Read more
They make the best Subs ever..I been to serveral sub ways, but this one is the best ever ..Very friendly & skilled in subs.
