There?s only one employee at this place. It?s usually not even that busy, when I go to pick up my orders I always have to wait a... long time, the guy won?t even look at you. There was only 3 people and I waited 20 minutes for him to hand me my order that wasready. Last time I went I order the usual chipotle chicken club and it barely had any chicken! i don?t mind having to wait a little bit for food, but this place basically robbed me today. a sandwich and a smoothie is... usually 14.95 (which is already outrageous), but today i got charged 19.95. when i mentioned the price increase, the man behindthe counter didn?t know why the meal discount wasn?t coming up. he spent around a minute trying to figure out what to do, andthen proceeded to hand me 2.75 instead of the proper change. on top of that, i was not offered a side with my meal nor did i getone. so i got overcharged for less food than i was supposed to even get. I don?t get how you can forget the chicken in a Baja chicken wrap and you gave me watered down smoothies. Also a worker came out... from the bathroom with cleaning supplies in hand but the bathroom did not look clean at all when I walked in. Appalled by myexperience. Came here once and the food was pretty good, but took a while. The place wasn?t the cleanest (especially the bathrooms) but not... bad. Came a second time and two young guys were working. One was having to correct an order he got drastically wrong while theother stood there glancing sideways as he ignored us standing there waiting to order. They refused to even acknowledge thecustomers standing there, waiting to order and it was not just our group.. you could hear them venting about their jobs to eachother from the kitchen. I came down to Front Royal for a vacation and me and my sister stopped into this Tropical Smoothie and we got nothing but... rudeness and disgust. There was a young lady being the counter taking orders, the people in front of us weren?t able to paybecause of THEIR card machine, the lady told them they needed to wait to have their smoothies until THEIR card machine worked sothose poor ladies had to stand there like THEY weren?t able to pay & the lady taking orders was just rude about the whole thing.Me and my sister place our orders, 5 minutes go by, 10, 15.. by this time there had been two other couples and two single peoplethat have walked in and ordered, got their shakes, food and left. The guy in the back kept bring out smoothies and food thatweren?t ours, 20 minutes rolls around and people that came in after us were leaving. We walk up to the counter because we want arefund there?s no reason we shouldn?t at least have our smoothies yet. She proceeds to tell ?if you want a refund that?s great,I?ll have to call my manager so they can come down here to refund you? ?okay? I said, already upset at the situation.
