Great spot in safe St. Louis location for brunch especially, but I've also had lunch here too and it was just as good. I... recommend the French 75 to accompany brunch and the brussel sprouts are excellent. French toast and waffle is also a greattasty option. Read more
My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary and deeply regret making that decision. We had a reservation there for a... dinner on a Saturday night, and noted that it was our wedding anniversary, and to include a rose on the table. When we got toour table, there was no rose or mention of our wedding anniversary. Annoying but fine, we decided to give this place achance. Our waitress for the night has zero hospitality. She made us feel like weren't worth her time. Not sure why she neededto act this way, but she could have done a better job. I ordered the prime rib and my wife ordered the filet mignon. Our mealwas good but unfortunately it didn't save the experience we had at bricktops. Unfortunately I don't think I could recommend thisplace for now. Read more
So sad. Iv been to this restaurant many times. As of late it has gone downhill. They seem to have lost their standard. I had... jumbo shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. That was fine who could mess that up. For my entree I order the grilled trout (pictured)with out capers. It was brought to me full of capers. The waiter took it to the kitchen and they scrapped off most of the capersand put it back in an over or skillet and brought it back. There were still capers on it and was burnt and not edible. I sent itback and order the chicken Milanese without capers. The chicken Milanese (pictured ) was beat to death and full of capers. Itried it and it was gross almost like it was made by someone who never cooked. I was done at this point the manager insisted Itry something else. So I ordered the bistro chicken Iv had it many times and that’s the only one they can seem to get right.It was a bit salty but at this point I was starving. So I just ate it. Read more
This was an AMAZING experience!!!! As soon as we walked in we knew this was going to be 5 stars. I will drive there for the... deviled eggs ALONE!!! They tasted like they were ready for any cookout straight out of your mamas kitchen! Crab cake had allcrab no filler and tons of flavor. The yum yum roll was overly yummy. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes tasted like a down southkitchen aunties recipe. Having the gooey butter cake ice cream on the menu was right on time because Clementines actual icecream shop took it off their menu so we still get to eat it ???????????????????????? Where can you have a delicious dinner today in a wonderful setting, so that the cuisine is amazing and the service is at its... best? I'll let you in on a secret: this is a Bricktop restaurant! Despite the fact that the restaurant was filled with people,we were seated instantly! The manager personally brought us drinks and sent a waiter wishing us a good evening. Morgan was supercharming and knows her duties 100%, and in general all the staff are beautiful, fit young guys. The food is delicious,professionally prepared and will surprise any gourmet in taste!
