Menu not working, was told there was nothing they could do about the menu, then went to another customer, and skipped me because... of the menu not working. Then after ordering they got my order wrong, and i couldnt even check to see if they charged me for thewrong thing because they didnt give me a reciept. I asked the lady that gave me my food at the window for a reciept, and shesaid i have to get it at the previous window. So do i drive around and go back through the line to get the receipt and holdpeople up because they will not know what im talking about or what order it was. It was just a completley unorganized and badexperience. I was going to grab something at burger king first and decided to go to mcdonalds instead. I wish i could take backthat choice. Read more
The drive in was very very slow. Guess they didn't tell the Mgr frostburg had a f.ball game, and add extra help. They were nice... though. Food good. Read more
Rude! I was inside with my son waiting on our order. The way they treated a Door Dash driver was so disrespectful. Once she... finally received her order, and left, they spoke badly of her. From what I could hear she wasn't being rude. I told my sonthat is not how you treat people. Read more
One of the cleanest McDonald's (and fast food chains!) that I've ever been to. I wish every restaurant followed suit and made... their place, including washrooms, clean like this. Read more
We had a good experience here. They were busy for lunch but the crew was hustling. Food was hot and well prepared. Kiosk... ordering was easy. Bathrooms were clean. Read more
It's a gamble, sometimes food is as it should be. Now and then you'll get a burger that has been microwaved so long the bun is... like biting a car tire. That being said; Good Luck Read more
Customer service sucks they are always in a rush while you order and never get your order right 90% of the time wish more fast... food places were open later bc I?d stop going to McDonald?s all together they need new managers and employees most of them arerudeee Read more
We like this McDonald?s. From the person taking our order to picking our order up was a good experience. We did have to pull... up to wait a couple minutes. We soon had our food with smiles and a apology from the manager ???? we?re stopping whenever we?rein frostburg. Read more
