Went to Sheetz today after work to grab a drink and quick bite to eat at 3:30pm. I ordered and then paid for my food. When I got... to the pick up area I asked the employee Brian ( I read his name tag ) if my food was ready. He said "I dont know and I dontcare." So I checked the bag and it was indeed my number but items were missing. I waited patiently and a woman I couldnt readher name tag behind the counter finished preparing my food and then laid it on the counter with no bag and said "there ya go"and proceeded to walk away. I understand being busy but the attitude and lack of customer service just sucks. Get it together. Read more
Sheetz is always a great stop, but do to under staffing it takes a while to get checked out. You shouldn't have to stand in line... for ten minutes to pay for a coffee. Read more
Normally 5 stars. But recently have had issues with my food. For example tonight I purchased the 3 tacos, and was given barely... any meat. What meat was in them was only in half of it. Nothing at all in the other half. This was around 11:20pm. There was noone else in line, no other food items to be made so he shouldnt have rushed and slapped them together. I expect that fromMcDonalds but not Sheetz. My 10yr old could have put them together better. It would make more sense if they was busy, but eventhen quality of the food should still be good. There was maybe a tablespoon of meat on each of them. That's crazy. Read more
I actually had a pleasant experience here.... The staff was friendly, gas was priced fairly and air was free for my tires. They... had everything I needed on my pit stop back home to Charm City. Read more
