Reviews for Starbucks in Frostburg, MD
Coffee is delicious. Harder to reach if not a student on campus, but worth the walk
If you want a REALLY GOOD cup of coffee, go to Clatter on Broadway st. This Starbucks is only good for a convenient pick-me-up... between classes if you don?t have much time (and even still, the line WILL be long if you go at the wrong time) Definitely nottrue Starbuck?s quality if you?re used to it, but considering the workers are stressed out College students with possibly theirfirst high-pressure job, you can?t complain about what you get; if you?re gonna complain, go to Clatter ??????????? Somewhere in the about section (not sure where or how), it should be noted that it's closed in the summer months because it's on... a college campus. I was told by a university employee that many people stop here (directed by Google apparently) only to bedisappointed. I was one of those. She said the closest Starbucks is in Morgantown, 63 miles west, which I had just driventhrough. Read more
Service was fast considering long lines. Prices aren't fantastic and my drink was sloppily made. This is good if you're getting... basic coffee, but I'd look elsewhere for specialty drinks. Read more
1st, there's Starbuck parking for 15 minutes. That's great!...it does take longer than 15 minutes and there are no signs... indicating where it is... had to ask a student...on the second floor. Aside from that and though it took a little while for 3of the same drink (2 with shots of expresso), the baristas were very friendly and helpful. Most of allz drinks were delicious.Really can't complain when it's the only one for such a long stretch! Read more
Just a heads up for those passing on the highway: the Starbucks is located inside a university and is actually closed when the... school is closed despite the hours listed on the website. We arrived on Mon, Jul 24 th and while Google listed it as opened wewere disappointed to discover the store was closed. Read more
Omg Starbucks for MILES, lines are shortest during class times. If not from campus, it's in the Lane Center, be careful where... you park though since most parking on campus requires a permit. Read more
