Ice cream is fine, but don?t order pick up. You?ll stand there for hours wondering why no one is talking to you. I?m an... introvert and tend to get nervous when approaching people and don?t want to impose on those already helping others. But don?tignore me and get other?s pickup orders while I?m still standing there waiting, especially since I was standing by the pick uparea for five minutes prior to their arrival, beyond inappropriate. Extremely uncaring and unpleasant employees. Will never goback to this location. Based on the owner?s response to me, I can guarantee they don?t care either. I would like to say the store was very clear and everyone was nice. My husband and I placed our orders with 2 different... employees. Same size just different toppings. When we checked out one looked like the photos on display and the other barleyfilled to the top of the cup. I asked if ?these are the same size? (placing them side by side). I received a yes and theemployee walked away. I unfortunately paid before the ice cream was finished. Not sure if I?ll be back anytime soon. Thank youfor responding to the review. I just left this place about 5 minutes ago with my family and as soon as we walk in 9:15 , we get eyed balled by this one lady... at the cash stand , no ?welcome in? no ?hey how are y?all? very rude. The other employees there were very attentive (youngerkids) we were helped by them. As we were checking out , we hear the older lady that eyed us when we walked in , she was rudelytalking to the employees infront of guest! I dont know If she?s a manager or what , but that was very rude and unprofessional towitness. I honestly felt bad for the younger kids that are working there. They deserve more. Wow. After visiting the brand-new Coldstone on Race Track road, I was blown away with all around service. I had to ask who made... the newest ice creams, that person I believe being a fellow teenager with the name of Cayden. The ice cream was perfect, not toosweet, not too tart. You could tell by visiting the staff was not operating under conjecture. The store was overall clean andwell decorated. Would recommend for all ages. Truly spectacular. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. Tjs location is HORRIBLE!!! I like to give places 3 strikes and let's just say it was more... then that. Order a like it cup with mint and marshmallows. Gave my daughter 4 marshmallows. Then go to the check out and chargedus a love it size. As soon as I said something about it I get rude answers. Also charged us extra for our love it when theEmployee stated they wouldn't charge us to change the toppings on the Boo Batter Sup. When I go back and question the bill forthe 2nd time I get Death looks and laughs from Employees as if we were in the wrong. The manager at that time asked to refundthe $3 dollars that got charged I said no and I wouldn't be returning. Get into the car and on the love it cup. It was to haveTwix and the Employee but Gram crackers. No attention to detail at all in this location.
