I usually drive all the way to San Jose. But I went by racetrack today due to time. Again nothing has changed.
A one limit dozen [glazed] donuts is ridiculous. You are a donut shop. Their reasoning is that they are not made in house. I... went to 3 locations just to get 3 dozen donuts for my daughters birthday at school. My husband and I buy coffee multiple times aday- but honestly, after today. I'm over Dunkin. Tried to order a frozen cake batter coffee and I was told they could not do it frozen. I have been to 4 other Dunkin Donuts and... ALWAYS get it frozen!! Then the donuts I requested for my kids they didn't have any of them. So I said just give me assorted andthey gave me donuts that were stale and looked like they had been handled over and over again. DO NOT expect your order to be correct. I am a regular at this store, but for the last week I have had 3 incorrect orders, one... being 2 Coffee?s with cream and sugar but both coffees were made with NO cream and NO sugars. This happened 3 days in a row whenI placed an order on my way to work. This location has gone WAY downhill, and cannot give you a correct order no matterwhat. There were at least 7-8 employees standing around not working when I went into the store to ask to have the coffees Iordered made correctly, but once I got the coffees I realized they were still NOT made correctly. I had to go back into thestore a second time for 2 coffees to be made correctly (same amount of cream and sugar in both coffees, neither was madecorrectly). Additionally, the employee gave me someone else?s food order rather than what I ordered (2 wake-up wraps). However, the second time I went into the store to correct my order, the employee gave me a huge attitude, although my order wasvery simple - 2 coffees with cream and sugar and 2 wake up wraps - and with the number of cream and sugars PRINTED ON THE LABELON MY COFFEE CUP, the coffees were still made with NO CREAM OR SUGAR for a 2nd time. This was a great location when they firstopened, but now I would recommend the Dunkin Donuts on Bartram Market Drive. I would suggest if you do go to the location onRace Track Road to double check everything you ordered, because its almost a 100% chance that your order is incorrect. 2/19/2022 Young people at work and getting your order in a timely manner. Someone said in their review, it was a bunch teens... that seemed like they were forced to work there. If they were, it was their parents. I will say that with a busy drive throughand busy lobby, they were bustin their butts to get your order. 1. Pleasant greeting for everyone 2. Easy transaction 3. This is a convenient location to where I live. Overall the donuts are usually fresh which is a good thing. On my most recent... occasion there was nobody manning the front counter so we stood there alone for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up whoworked there, but in general, service is generally good here, but there are times when it seems like the staff isn't payingattention. Use to be a good store, newer staff is very rude and they make up prices as the same order is different amount based on who is... working. ALWAYS out of stuff and they won't give receipts so you can't do the survey. Better location down the street. Read more
