Charging for parm and pepper flakes!?!? The staff seemed equally appalled about this and they were an absolute delight. But... since when does a pizza place not give out packets of parm and pepper flakes? Instead I'm expected to pay an additional fee fora shaker of each that contains far more than I'll use. What's next? An upcharge for napkins? Order the pizza, but the box costsextra? Absolutely ridiculous. I feel bad for reaming this store as I'm sure this was a corporate decision and the staff wereexcellent and the pizza was exactly as ordered. We were camping at Colorado National Monument and decided to order pizza. We obviously picked it up, and it was ready in the... time they said. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and nice. Even my boys were surprisedat how clean and friendly every one was at this location. Read more
We called in our order and waiterd the fifteen minutes that it normally takes, when we went to pick up the order we were told... that they we very busy and it would be a little longer after an additional 15-20 mins we received our order and took them homethe pizzas had obviously been sitting around were cold and soggy. Food is great but waiting an hour and a half for two items to be delivered is not great service. When I called to check the... status of my order they said there was only one person making food and one person delivering. Read more
The order took way too long to get to my girlfriends work, I put the business name as the location so I don't understand how... they messed that up, also my order said 29 minutes the most and it took almost an hour. I don't understand the wait and how longit took. Ordered a pasta bowl, it tasted good. But it barely had any pasta in there like a small handful with enough to cover the bottom... with a layer. Have ordered the same from a dominos in grand junction and gotten a lot more this was disappointing. Read more
Order was incorrect, manager Michelle did not care that the driver lied about going by the house. Her solution was to not make... the order correct and hot, but to send out like warm pizza. Michelle showed very poor customer care. Michelle showed very littleregard for the company name or being a brand ambassador. Ii wish the kids didnt like the pizza because I would gladly notpatronize them again. Michelle sets a poor example of not only how to lead a team, but how folks in fruita treat each other. Read more
