As much as I have liked coming to Einstein bagels through out time, I do not appreciate Rude customer service. I ordered an... online pick up order not from a delivery driver. Was told it was done and ready. Came down to get it and both women workingbehind the counter has absolutely horrible attitudes. When I got here they didn?t have the bagel I ordered, that?s okay, I wastold ?WELL WHATEVER ONE IT IS ON THE ORDER, WHAT DO YOU WANT?!? It?s unfortunate when bad customer service clouds theexperience. Not to mention the prices are awful right now. Won?t be going back again unfortunately! Read more
I understand labor shortages, I really do. But it shouldn?t take one person to toast 5 bagels with cream cheese 30 minutes. The... counter lady is very impatience and not polite, has a hard time with her manners and kindness to others. Not to mention burningour bagels too, getting the order incorrect and making my friends and I late to class. They need a better system to help theirstore run better. Read more
I've alway enjoyed their fresh bagel for breakfast and wanted to try out their lunch so went there today. Ordered the turkey... with cheddar and it was excellent! Fresh and delicious. The only thing I don't like is every time I go there, they are alwaysout of their plain bagels. Always. Even at lunch I had to order my sandwich on a sesame bagel which was good but I still preferthe plain. Will definitely go back again for lunch! YUMMY. Read more
They have a big bagels ???????? Love we can found this place in Colorado on the way to Monument National in the morning... We... choose chocolate chips bagel with honey almond cream cheese spreads and blueberries bagel with regular cream cheese... tastegood. Read more
Had a fresh and tasty everything bagel from this chain. Lots of other unique bagel flavours to choose from too.
